a place for quick vegan food - Edit
Quite a few vegan options clearly indicated on the menu. The place itself is hidden away which gives it a nice atmosphere- it's not far from Milk Away! Food was pretty cheap and was nice, quite greasy and most of it had the same tomato based sauce which was lovely, but after a few dishes with it, was a bit too much! The owner was friendly and food came out quickly. We had the paquillos, croquettes, banana balls (I wasn't too keen!) and something else which has slipped my mind! Would recommend for a quick lunch.

Nice enough - Edit
Very quiet when we turned up and the manager didn’t seem very busy. Vegan croquettes were so so tasty but not actually a lot of other vegan tapas options available. All were around €7 which felt quite a lot for what we got. As another review as said, they definitely have a love of iceberg lettuce - it was the base of every dish nearly! Also had black beans and rice which was very self explanatory but nice enough. All in all felt too expensive for what it was but was nice to have somewhere that had clearly labelled vegan options (although I was still a bit wary that the croquettes were vegan but I think they were fine)

wonderful! - Edit
Would like to have given 5 stars but am not able to on the app as it’s not fully vegan. The food here was delicious! We had yukka with garlic which we’d never tried before, and stuffed peppers with a side of chips. The man who served us was lovely and what I loved about this restaurant was how clearly labelled the different dishes were. They had a menu in English and all the vegan options were very clearly highlighted. The food was absolutely delicious and we are so glad we made the decision to go there!

Very nice quite restaurant - Edit
It's a nice restaurant in a little street with a small terrace. The staff is friendly. There is a large selection of vegetarian and vegan options and it is possible to choose a large or small portion for almost every dish. The food is excellent. We went there twice and we really enjoyed it. We recommend this restaurant.

Simpler than home cooking - Edit
We get it, it’s tough in Spain. But this place is not worth it, especially with other options close by. The most basic home cook can make better vegan and vegetarian food at home, so either save your money or try another place!

Décevant - Edit
Restaurant situé dans une impasse, disposant de tables en extérieur. Le service est lent et peu réactif. Les plats sont sans grand intérêt. Les prix sont très chers dans l'ensemble. Grosse déception.

Good amount of vegan options - Edit
Delicious tapas and the sangria is FUEGO. More vegan options than vegetarian and great flavors. Decent portion sizes as well. Hidden down a back alley but worth finding :) (if you see their sign on the street, they're open!)

THE BEST FOR VEGANS IN SEVILLE - Edit
I love it here, a charming and friendly place. I went here for dinner every night in Seville and even my meat-eating sister was happy with it. The fried yucca is amazing and the couscous is a lovely option for main. Would recommend. The waiter is so nice as well, I felt really welcome and enjoyed the time I spent here enormously.

delicious Spanish and Cuban food - Edit
If you're vegetarian in the South of Spain you might get very tired of fried foods! Habanita is a delicious change from patatas bravas and berenjenas.
Read moreI recommend the Spanish menu if you're familiar with Cuban & Spanish food as some of the translations on the English version are odd.
The Seitan a la Plancha is delicious as are Cuban staples like Frijoles con Arroz (beans & rice). My omni partner enjoyed both vegetarian and meat dishes there.
The service was very friendly.

I went there with non vegetarian friends for lunch: tasty food, not expensive, quick and nice service! The menu has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options (more vegetarian than meat dishes actually), specified in the menu very clearly!

We went to Habanita for tapas in the evening. It's ok, basic and reasonably tasty, but nothing special. The server was efficient but not especially friendly. It's ok, worth a visit if you're in the area and hungry for something vegan, but struggle to recommend above other vegan options in Seville.

Nice veg-friendly place - Edit
I went to Habanita tonight with two non-vegetarian friends.
Read moreWe decided to order five vegetarian tapas (you can order 1/2 dishes for about 5 euros or so, and full dishes for 10 euros or so), and we order vegan croquettes, goat cheese with marmalade, spinach croquettes, samosas with feta and mint, and rice with mushrooms. All was very tasty and good, we had sangria which was also very good and in the end we spent 14 euros each.
The atmosphere was nice, and the place was full when we left at 22:30. I think that this is a good option when you are eating out with non-vegetarian friends, and it offers many veggie options (I counted more or less 15 vegetarian dishes).
PS: update August 2016. I've been back to Habanita a few times in the last months and I'm changing the stars from three to four. Not only 75% of the menu is vegetarian/vegan, but also most things are really good (rice and black beans, hummus with raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, Habanita salad with walnuts...)!

I'm surprised by how mixed the reviews are here. I've been twice and really enjoyed my food on both occasions. Over half the menu is vegetarian, and around half of that is vegan (all clearly marked).

nice place, boring food - Edit
Unfortunately, I found the food rather boring; it lacked creativity and (for my taste) spices.
Read moreWe had crudites with hummus which was pretty good with mainly fresh vegetables. My main was a seitan steak with potatoes. The potatoes unfortunately lacked any spicing (or salt, for that matter) and were only accompanied by some few leaves of field salad. The steak was nicely spiced but was rather thin and had a rubber-like consistency. In my opinion, the dish would have really needed some sauce, some spices, and maybe some additional side of vegetables. My boyfriend had fried yucca and beans with rice and this food as well lacked salt or other spices.
Pros: nice, cozy room, good location, good selection of cocktails
Cons: food is rather bland, not creative
