Awesome burritos! - Edit
I've eaten at this local food truck many times, and I love their burritos. I usually opt for the gluten free wrap. The flavours are amazing, and the owner is super friendly and down to earth. Would highly recommend!
Pros: Unique flavours, Kombucha on tap, Fair prices

Vegan van - Edit
A van with a full vegan menu, sounds good, but when I tried them at a busy event, it was a bit all over the place. Slow service and messy execution although everyone seemed to enjoy it.
Because it was heavy on gluten, I had very little choice.
A great idea though for a party or veg events.
Pros: all vegan
Cons: heavy on gluten

I happen to happily come across this mobile vegan kitchen while out and about at an event.
The owner and staff are very nice, if your looking for a traditional sausage on a bun they have the Field Roast sausage in a few flavours and it was great.
