Fantastic vegan variety in Osaka!

This place gets crowded early, so try to be there around opening or wait until the dinner rush is done.

The food is excellent and staff is happy to help you find all the vegan options on the menu.

I especially enjoyed the tofu ball stuffed with veggies!

Tasty Vegetarian

The place has good vegetarian options.
Delicious food but had to wait for a long period almost like and hour for 4 of us to get a table.
But will surely recommend to go here for good vegetarian Japanese food.

Go for smth else than the Gyoza

I agree the pan fried veggie gyoza are quite tasteless. Also the meat gyoza weren’t that great. Edamame & cucumber salad was good. So better don’t go for the gyoza but for one of the other veggie options. Fried tofu balls weren’t my taste, tasted for me like fried mashed potatoes which I didn’t expected (very subjective opinion!). All veggie options are clearly labeled. We didn’t had to wait long in line to get seated, but we were quite late (22.30pm) and they close at 23pm. Served food quickly.

Nice late night snack in Osaka

I had the vegetable gyoza and tofu karaage, super filling and great for a late night snack/dinner before drinking or partying in the area.

Nice food, rather quick

Lovely meal, has a separate menu. Gyoza were a bit bland but the sauce to drown them in is heavily. Cucumber and edamame are good but skip the yam

Lots of options

This place hast a lot of options. Vegetarian options are clearly labelled, you have to ask which ones are vegan. Food was good, but for a gyoza place, there weren't lots of different gyoza on the menu and they tasted a bit like the frozen ones you can buy in the supermarket. I ended up liking the side dishes more than the gyoza. There was a line, but we didn't had to wait very long.

Good food, long wait

There aren’t many vegetarian/vegan options, but they are very tasty. We had the pan fried veggie gyoza and the deep fried tofu with ponzu, and both dishes were delicious. That said, we had to wait in line on our feet for 40min, so not the best experience overall. I’d recommend going in early!

Pros: Food

Cons: Long wait

Best gyoza I've ever had

Exception gyozas as well as the other food/drink we had there, perhaps my favourite food experience in Japan.

Decent Gyoza

The wait was long (30mins arriving at 9:15pm) and the restaurant was rammed once I finally got in. I'm not sure why it's so popular given the food was just ok.

Great veggie gyoza!

Amazing veggie gyoza, ramen and soup, all clearly labelled on the menu. Lovely staff too! A bit of a wait outside when we arrived (6.30pm) but well worth it

Affordable gyoza

Nice place that isn’t too busy. Meat and vegan options. The gyoza was only so so but the “super fresh potato” was yummy and so was the cucumber salad

Pros: Price , Location , Options

Cons: Average gyoza

Great options

This place had some great vegan options which the staff pointed out to us as soon as we got there. Their menu is comprehensive with what’s in each dish which makes it easy to order. The ramen was beautiful and full of flavour and veggies. It’d be great if there was a protein element to it with tofu or soy meat- we ordered a side of tofu which was super tasty, so that is always an option.
The gyoza were yummy so definitely order 2 plates!
My husband loved the apple highball which is made with their own apple cider vinegar.
Must try place with great staff and an awesome environment.

Decent option

There aren't many options around Namba station. This place is popular with foreigners. The menu clearly states allergies. There's a vegan green sign on the menu but I'm not sure about dairy products (as in the icecream) as it's not mentioned as an allergy, so better check beforehand.
Service was fast. Gyozas are quite small, nothing special. We loved the cucumber side dish though.

Pros: Good for a quick dinner, Vegsn sign on menu, English is spoken here

Cons: Not sure about dairy as it is not listed, Only foreign customers, Gyozas are just okay

Tasty food and good service

Gyoza was very tasty and a good selection of drinks too. Veg ramen wasn’t too bad as well but broth wasn’t too flavourful. Staff was friendly and could speak English well. Plum wine selection was very good.

Pros: Service , Good Gyoza , Good plum wine

Tasty Gyoza and sides

Tasty gyoza and sides slightly off the really busy roads. Longish queue when I went on a Friday, but service was good and food tasty. Had some sake too

Really good~

The staff was super nice. The gyoza was really good. I'm happy that they had labels for the allergens. They show which dishes have fish, egg, etc. The only thing is that they didn't have a label for milk. Honestly, wasn't too much of a problem. Overall, it was a really nice place to eat at. The food was really good. There were tons of options.

Would go again

There were several vegan items on the menu. Due to the comments on Happycow, I opted against the ramen. I had gyozas, the vegetable soup, seaweed, and bean sprouts! The soup was delicious, and while the gyozas were good, I've had better. Nevertheless, I would definitely go back again!
