You build your own dish so fussy changing of ingredients is welcome 😁 Gladstone Guzman’s has consistent quality of food. Management trains well.

Pros: Mushroom Burrito bowl, Can pre order on the app to reduce your wait, Mini serve is decent size light meal/snack

Cons: Need an option on app for extra chip seasoning , Vegan options slower at start of business day
