There are 2 restaurant areas: One is fine dining in the villa with 5 and 7 course menus on the highest level you can think of for plant-based all-vegan food. The other one is placed in the wine garden (during summer) and the ancient cellar (winter). The head chef and sous chef both have built their capabilities in Michelin star restaurants and want to revolutionize the plant based cuisine.
