Muy rico. Muy buen trato. Increíble de céntrico. Pero no tiene postre vegan ( los postres tienen una pinta espectacular qué pena!)

Chic ambience - Edit
Love the central location right next to cathedral, loved that they have creative vegan options and also traditional vegan paella. The moussaka was outstanding. Paella was fair. Best sangria.

Authentic vegetable paella (I think haha) - Edit
We had the paella de verduras (mushrooms, paprika, beans) and it was delicious! We loved the presentation and the chance to try authentic food. It’s not easy to find a filling vegan meal in Sevilla, especially if you don’t want to eat dry burgers every single day. Paella comes with fresh bread and olives.

Cons: You’re charged for bread and olives

Great moussaka disappointing service - Edit
Very nice moussaka and nice size, also comes with bread. Service was disappointing and it felt overcrowded. The condition of the establishment could be improved also. I would say very slightly overpriced.

Five stars all around! - Edit
My partner and I were craving vegan paella and looked all over Sevilla with no luck. While exploring the area, we saw a sign that advertised vegan options, so we made a reservation for the next day. A reservation is highly recommended as the place gets filled up quickly. We had the vegetable paella and sparking wine. Everything was so perfect and delicious! The staff is really friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back in the future! There were many vegan options, but we stuck with the paella. The paella is for 2 people minimum. The restaurant is located next to the cathedral, which was a plus.

Fancy restaurant serving good food - Edit
Really good food but quit fancy place with lots of reservations, so at lunchtime better reserve a table to be sure to have a seat :)

Limited options despite the sign - Edit
Limited vegan options. Avoid the "meatballs". As tasty as they are, the portion is tiny and feeds into the idea that vegans don't eat

I recommend to make a reservation beforehand - Edit
They had 3 vegan options. I’ve ordered the vegan moussaka. It came with lentils, eggplant and potatoes. 8/10 vor the taste ☺️ one dish is enough for two people because it was so filling 🙌🏼
Read moreThe Stuff was ok but, in comparison to the other people we met in Sevilla, not the nicest. But still fine.
The location is nice and more modern.
I recommend to make a reservation beforehand because it was really full and some people couldn’t get a table. But I don’t know if it’s always like that or just because it’s the Easter holidays.
Pros: Zentrale Lage , Vegane, vegetarische und Fleisch/Fisch Optionen , Moderne Location

Lovely restaurant, great food - Edit
We stopped here for dinner after a flamenco show. Lovely waiter, very helpful and friendly. I didn’t get to try the vegan paella as it was minimum of 2 people and I was with 3 carnivores but I had the vegan aubergine moussaka which was delicious. Not a huge amount of vegan options but a couple of dishes to choose from.

Good food but not what I went for. - Edit
I went to this place after hearing about the vegan paella! Unfortunately the paellas are only for two people and I was by myself so I didn’t get to try it ☹️ I ordered ‘Falsa Moussaka vegana de berenjenas con patatas y lentejas’ instead, which was really good, I’d eat it again! If I was in Greece I’d be over the moon, I was just a little sad to be eating Greek food, when I went for Spanish food! I also had to sit at a really high table on a high stool because they keep the other tables for groups so it wasn’t very comfortable. I imagine if you came in a group you’d have a much better experience. These things massively affected my experience unfortunately.

Unfriendly service and expensive - Edit
Gusto’s should really improve their service. The servers were rude, inattentive to our cues to get served and we left after we saw other’s were helped before us, eventhough we were there first. We were trying to catch their attention and eventually left, as this was the second red flag after the first one where we simply asked if we could already eat lunch; the waitress said rudely “no”… like okay haha. I’m sorry, but I never write many bad reviews, but this was just too bizarre. I don’t recommend it and the food was expensive(it is at a touristic spot, so maybe that’s why).

Amazing Vegetable Paella! - Edit
We stopped at Gusto for dinner within 45 min of closing and they were kind enough to allow us to sit and order the vegetable paella. The paella takes between 30-50 minutes to make. It was well worth the wait! It was so delicious with great flavor. Not sure what other vegan options there are here as we only had the paella. Friendly service as well!

Touristy place - Edit
Yes the menu has a dedicated section for vegan dishes but nothing exceptional. This place is full of tourists, so not the best to find a typical local ambiance. The waiter was very nice.

Wrong Expectations! - Edit
Visited on 31.10.2021.
Read moreAfter visiting many places in Sevilla, vegan and non-vegan, we finally decided to pop in Gusto for the final dinner before tomorrows trip to Home.
We were recommended a nice white semi-sweet wine. Second impression was ruined by a dirty fork, which you don't expect to see in such places and during COVID times. Ok, the fork was changed.
Thirdly we found out ourselves sitting very close to other guests which was very uncomfortable, uncosy.
For a starter I had the common Andalusian gazpacho, vegan version. It was absolutely ordinary, nothing special, I had much tastier before.
For the main course I've decided to go for "Spinach and chickpea meatballs in coconut milk and curry".
It went to be smth like "falafel" but with more herbal taste and softer. 5 balls of "falafel" for 14 euros... Nothing special at all for that price.
I would not recommend expecting smth good and amazing from places close to main touristic attractions. Maybe just for the wine..

Vegan options - Edit
It was a little hard to get in to this place because it gets very busy. Making a reservation ahead of time is recommended. There is an ok selection of vegetarian choices, not much vegan though unfortunately - but plenty of choices if you are neither. The vegan spinach and chickpea balls topped with curry sauce that I had were very good. I almost wanted to order another plate but the prices here are on the higher side for what you get.

Best vegan paella I‘ve ever eaten! - Edit
We ordered the vegan paella for 2 persons and were genuinely amazed! It tasted so good! But the price is not that nice haha, we paid 16€ per person, so approximately 40€ for food and drinks, but I would go there again!
