Ich war während meines Urlaubs im GUSTAV und bin total begeistert! Hatte das Tagesessen, einen Eintopf mit Kichererbsen und Bohnen – super lecker und herzhaft. Die Kaffee Latte mit Rübensaft war echt was Besonderes und mega lecker. Freundlicher Service und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen. 😍

There are some dishes on the menu, but it's completely okay, because I had the sandwich of the day with grilled vegetables, hummus, arugula and chimichurry pesto. It was soo delicious, everything on point and well balanced to all kinds of tastes.

It's all vegan, but only a couple items were gluten-free. The salad was huge, fresh, and delicious. Sprouts, lettuce, sunflower seeds, Austrian pumpkin seeds, smoked cashew cheese, and a slice of hearty gluten-free bread. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Great location.

This place was so good it almost made me want to go to my previous review and decrease by one star, for GustaV was some €5 cheaper, the portion was larger, but mainly the dish was better tasting and more interesting. On top of that, the place was cute, the server likable and sweet, and everything was understandable and clear. They seem to have a singular dish which differs from day to day, so frequent revisits appear quite natural and rewarding.😄

Given the outstanding recommendations on this place, our expectations were maybe a bit too high. The coffee and the smoothie were excellent. Yet, the seating was quite dense and the door shut every couple minutes with a loud bang. We both got the „scrambled eggs“ which were nice, but quite dry and the butter for the bread in a very tiny size.

Cozy vegan diner with daily specials. Had a pumpkin soup with dumpling that was well seasoned and with a taste of fresh parsley. Partner chose daily sandwich special with vegan schnitzel and a side of colourful coleslaw. Nice zing in the mayo. Local light beer and cappuccinos. All yummy.

Tasty food. Friendly staff. On lunch menu they have a soup of the day, sandwich of the day, plate of the day and a large tofu salad. We tried soup, sandwich and salad. All three were of good quality served with home made nut-seed bread. Only accepts cash.

A very small, but grand hospitality from the staff. Denise and Sara where more than happy to take care of our food needs. We ate with delight and got drinks. A small creature flew in to Claudia’s drink, which was 2/3rd empty, but got replaced with a full new drink, without hesitation. No pictures is our own fault, we forgot to take any, due to the new people we met, the friendly and chatty staff, and nice conversations they brought.

Tasty but limited menu options - Edit
We ordered a spinach soup that came with quite a small piece of seed bread and a burger (served in focaccia-type bread) with a side salad. There was only a salad and special of the day available to choose from and two cakes (one raw). I thought the breakfast menu was also available but was told that was only on the weekend. While the food tasted quite good, the menu was very small and there were actually more drinks than food available. Given there was little to choose from, it was also a bit surprising that the food took awhile to come out.
