Had lunch here today. The dish of the day (polenta hearts with potato salad) is €13,50 and the GustaV salad €16,50. Good flavours and a decent amount to share for my mom and I. A little on the expensive side, and no proteins except for some seeds in the salad. Cash only, which we were informed about first at payment.

They had 2 daily cakes one of the raw, both of them very delicious. They were baked with rye flour and not too sweet which gave them a very grounded taste which we loved.

Gemütliches kleines Café, hab hier einen Zwischenstopp gemacht bevor ich zum Zug musste. Hatte Kakao und den Kuchen des Tages (eine sehr reichhaltige Donauwelle), sehr lecker. Zu beachten ist, dass man nur mit Bargeld zahlen kann.

Best Matcha Latte in Twon - Edit
The Café is located in a silent street nearby the city center. Food was absolutely delicious especially the hot Matcha Latte and the scrambled egg. You feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere as most guests are know to the staff. We definitely recommend to go there for late breakfast or lunch even though you might need to wait because of limited seats.

I'd highly recommend Gustav! Super cosy atmosphere. We received a warm welcome from the staff and they were very helpful by offering to translate the menu and moving us to a more comfortable table when one became available.

We'd have gone back again the next day if we weren't moving on to Germany, but we'll certainly be back to visit again when we can!

A sandwich with homemade cashew mozzarella, basil pesto, tomatoes and rocket. Topped off with a little balsamic vinegar.
The range of vegan restaurants in Salzburg seems a little small, but every dish I've had here has been brilliant. And this was a perfect last dish in this city.

Small vegan café within central Salzburg. Small menu which does not give away too much but makes the food be a delightful surprise. Everything tasted great, while the place itself gives kind of artsy and "öko"-vibes and has a lot of charm to it. Definitely a big recommend! Though one undoubtedly has to fear for getting a place since the seating area is (even with the warning) pretty small. Maybe a small trade-off for it's more homey atmosphere.

La carte propose pas mal de salades et sandwich. Étant en voyage type road trip, nous souhaitions découvrir des plats locaux et typique d'Autriche en vegan. Il il y en avait un seul que j'ai pris, sans avoir compris ce que c'est, c'était bon surtout la courge fondante. Mon copain a pris une salade, plutôt classique.

I always go when I visit Salzburg. The location is centrally located and sadly pretty small. Outside seating is available. The place is very cosy and laid-back, has a relaxed atmosphere to it.
