Nice place with a variety of choices. Stuff is very friendly and likes to help. Lately they replace their (non vegan) feta with a vegan alternative, so its completly vegan now! It became a tradition to visits this place each time im in town. I can highly recommend it.

Gustav Grün offers various ready-made boxes and rolls, but you can also put together your own variation. So far, I have always been very satisfied with the food and the portion size was decent too.

Schade, wenn man nicht nur einen Schritt zurück geht, sondern sein Konzept ganz neu auf Fleisch umstellt. Hier steht wohl Gewinn über Tierwohl.. Es gibt in der Umgebung so wenige vollständig vegane Orte, damit hat sich das hier wohl auch erledigt. Habe die unfassbar leckeren Rollen geliebt! Super frisch!

The restaurant was really a showcase for the fact that a good and popular fast food restaurant can also be run vegan. Unfortunately, the principles have now been thrown overboard, prioritizing profit over animal welfare by adding animal products to the menu. There are plenty of delicious, satisfying plant-based alternatives—even for chicken—that would allow the restaurant to avoid animal exploitation. It seems they've chosen an easier, more profitable path that comes at a significant ethical cost. A real disappointment.

The food was worth 5 stars, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to the experience. We went with two 80-year-old ladies who were shooed through the ordering options in a rather gruff manner. We ourselves have often ordered using similar systems, but the board was not clear to us either. When you take older non-vegans out, you actually want to anchor the food in a positive way. In their defense, however, we have to say that it was an extremely hot day, so it was also stressful for the service. And again, the food is fabulous.

love the build your own concept, whether it's a bowl, a box or a wrap. we were three and all chose something else and we shared everything. in my opinion, the falafels are the best special but the beef teriyaki (texture was gulasch-like🤌🏽) and the schawarma were nice, too.

also - and i know that sounds very weird at first - i love their toilet cause there are all kinds of stickers, from "fck nzs" to "clothes have no gender" and "animal liberation now".
the place itself is wheelchair accessible but the toilet unfortunately is not.

Ich war früher viel bei Gustav Grün, da die Auswahl immer sehr gut war. Speziell die zusammenstellbare Box war immer toll. Bei den letzten Besuchen hat es mir leider nicht mehr so gut geschmeckt, es fehlten einige Sachen, die Falafeln waren pappig etc., werde aber bald wieder eine Chance geben.
