Yum! - Edit
Visited first time today. Chuck was working and is very knowledgable re: vegan options. They have 2 entrees that rotate but aren't always available. We had the vegan succotash w rice and toast. Soy-based vegan "butter" on the toast which Chuck was quick to point out when we ordered. He's lobbying the owner to have at least one vegan option daily and informed us that much of the dishes r vegan before adding the meats - so he is working to try and have a portion of these set aside meatless for the vegans. Chuck is a friendly. The succotash was good with all the various hot sauce options but my husband said he would suggest a name change to "Toast A Go Go" because bread is that good. ;)

After trying a few times, we finally called them on a day when they had vegan options (weekdays seem to be a surer bet).
I tried the succotash and roasted corn and both were yummy. Like at Yats, portions are quite generous. Also, a bonus for vegans: the "butter" is vegan, so the warm spiced toast that comes with meals is a go.
The best part of the meal was the chef's own homemade hot sauce. I was using it like ketchup and would seriously buy jars of it if he ever chose to sell it. Good stuff!
Pros: Generous portions, Fresh, Great selection of hot sauces!!
Cons: Styrofoam, Unpredictable vegan availability
