Good food, good drinks, okay environment - Edit
As the title states, the food and tea here was really great. Not strictly vegan but they had several good vegan options. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic and loud for my taste, both for eating and for working. But I don’t think it’s designed to be a place to really settle in to. It’s a part of a massive book store after all😄

They have a lot of vegan grab-and-go items and many vegan pastries to choose from! Lots of options and really tasty.

Vegan Pastries at Powell’s - Edit
Cozy place to gather after selecting books or after a day of walking around PDX. Waiting in line to get an herbal tea (recommend the Hibiscus Rose Ginger) noticed they had lots of vegan pastry options! Super awesome.
