Out of business due to killer pandemic restrictions - Edit
This place has been for ever closed since last year or so .
Read moreNeighbors say it’s due to restrictions of the incredible dangerous killer pandemic. Very sad this great vegan place has been destroyed for nothing. Amazing location as well But no more !
There is a Gugga sweets and coffee place next door but that is not a vegan place. It’s something else and not to be confused by the name.
Pros: Great memories only left here
Cons: For ever closed.

It was not vegan? - Edit
On the first page of the menu it said that they only had vegan food but when we wanted to order they didn’t have that many options available (we were there quite late in the evening) and those they had were only vegetarian. We didn’t eat anything since I was there with a vegan. This was how we interpreted it, maybe it was indeed vegan but the waitress was unaware of the difference?

Nice Asian vegan food - Edit
Fortunately whole menu is vegan. Most of dishes are expensive, however they have unique and exotic taste. Gluten free options are marked. I really recommend going there.

Good, not breath taking! - Edit
The nicest thing about this place is the environment, specially in the summer. Nice area of the city, many outdoor sitting options. The staff is friendly. The food is acceptable, not bad, not amazing either. Nice place to have some drinks and maybe a dessert.

Expansive but delicious - Edit
Stuff was very formal and caring. Breakfast and dessert were really delicious and carefully prepared. On the other hand it was quite expansice – for a breakfast, dessert and espresso = 11 €

Amazing tofu burger - Edit
While pricier than I expected, this restaurant is 100% worth the money. I was wow-ed by the vegan tofu burger. It was hard to decide between the dishes because it all sounded amazing! Apparently the foods don’t include salt or sugar either and the chef tries to cook seasonally. I had a Polish white wine and the snickers vegan cake as well. The vegan cake was decent, but I think I’d pass the next time. I loved that the cake to-go came in a completely paper container that’s easily compostable or reusable. I thought the service was fine (I was there around 4:30-6pm on a Friday evening in January). The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful for recommending food.

An experience - Edit
We went to Guga spicy because we like tapas, but ended up trying the shabu shabu which really was an experience! The waiter was super-friendly and attentive, and we ended the evening with some amazing cake from guga sweet next-door. It's not the cheapest place, but we definately got what we payed for😄Recommended!

A great time! - Edit
All vegan place with very friendly and attentive staff. We tried the Shabu shabu which was an experience and with a bottle of nice wine you can't go wrong. I do recommend you to go here and also ask for some cake for dessert from the place next door.

Great food and fast service - Edit
Other reviews confused me and said the food is no good or it takes a long time for the food to arrive. I can't confirm that. I had great pakoras as a starter and an even better tofu duck main, it was so crispy and good. I can highly recommend this place!

Good food but slow service - Edit
Guga always has a good selection of dishes that a vegan can enjoy from stir fries to ramen to tasty vegan desserts you are sure to find something that will inspire your taste buds. I've been to Guga many times but unfortunately each time their service is EXTREMELY slow. So be prepared to wait for your drink for 15min and dish for 30-40min when you decide to eat there.

Cow's milk at Guga Sweet - Edit
Came for breakfast and found that their place is divided into "sweet" (Café with raw-vegan cakes and coffee) and "spicy" (mostly Asian food). The waitress told me we could sit in whatever section we wanted because they share the same kitchen. We went for the "sweet" section as the kitchen in the "spicy" section was very loud. The waitress also told me that everything they have is vegan. So we ordered the only breakfast option they had which was like a Vietnamese crepe with either veg or fruit stuffing. Could have been nice but pretty uninspired with just a sliced up banana, watery strawberries and blueberries and and a basic Asian veg mix. I had two cappuccinos. I had a feeling that it tasted like cow's milk but thought this wouldn't be possible in an all-vegan place. When the second one was made I saw that they used cow's milk. When I confronted them with that she said she didn't know that I wanted plant milk. And when I said that the other girl told us everything was vegan she said that would only be the case in the "spicy" section. So maybe it was a misunderstanding, maybe it was our mistake. Thought I'd share this regardless to give others a heads up.

A solid meal - Edit
The restaurant is in a nice location, and we came here after visiting the WWII museum. The menu is Asian fusion cuisine, and I had the Palak tofu dish, while my friends ordered the ramen and the wok fried noodles. The vegan egg in the ramen was quite novel but the broth had room for improvement. The palak tofu was creamy and hit the spot, but could have been more flavourful. The wok fried noodles was just that - fried noodles. We were tempted by their cakes. I thought they would be baked cakes, but the were a raw cheesecake style, but the flavours worked well. I especially enjoyed the snickers one. The ambiance was nice.
