Wonderful creative vegan menu - Edit
We had a very nice 7 course vegan menu with exciting creative combinations. The chef and staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is nice, only we would have preferred tye music to be a bit different, maybe classical.

We had a great seven course vegan menu (specify vegan upon reservation). Wonderful food and friendly service. The interior and certainly the (pop) music are not well matched with the quality of the food though.

Haute cuisine in the mountains - Edit
In a meat and dairy dominant area, this restaurant is a welcome surprise. We booked our ski holiday and went on Happy Cow to see if there were at least some options besides fries with ketchup, and were surprised to find this culinary gem!
Read moreWe booked in advance, but had to make some changes because of covid infections in our group. The communication was very friendly and they were very flexible.
We ordered the 5-course vegan menu. 2 of us had the wine pairing and one of us the non alcohol pairing.
The food was excellent: presentation spectacular, textures and tastes original and delicious. Most of the ingredients are home grown in their perma culture garden and you could feel the love and attention they put in it.
The wine was also very good. The non alcoholic drinks were okay, although not necessarily complementing the dishes. Also the glasses were very big, it would have sufficed (and perhaps also more festive on the table) to serve them in wine glasses.
One point of improvement would be the choice of music. Now there was top 40 music from the zero's, which we found not so fitting to the ambiance.
But all in all would 150% recommend, for an exquisit dining experience.
We sure hope they keep on thriving!

Simply divine 💝. The head cook is completely in his element, and grows the food himself. He made the dishes vegan for us, too 💚. Inventiveness on par with Vanilla Black in London 😻. The decor and service are amazing, too.

Really special find in Tirol - Edit
Ate our way through 7 (!) impeccable, beautifully presented courses in the unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere of this unique restaurant. I love the emphasis on local produce. As it’s a small operation you’ll need to order the vegan menu in advance. I would highly recommend a visit if you find yourself in the area!

Delicious, special food - Edit
Absolutely worth the price. I had the 5 course vegan dinner and my friend the vegetarian one. Each course was beautiful decorated and a combination of each flavours. It was very delicious. The cook came to the table to explain each course. At the end we got pralines.
