Near the airport - Edit
When I missed my connection flight, due to no fault of my own, the airline put me up at a nearby hotel. Depressed & hungry I was surprised to fine Guanatos within walking distance, AND they have a veggie section of their menu. They use Beyond products in many dishes. Great serve, large portions & very tasty!
