Delicious plant-based Mexican food - Edit
The food here was delicious. I brought in a large group consisting of vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. Everyone was pleased with their food. I had the Tostacos, and they were awesome. My wife ordered the Brunch Wrap and insisted I try it. It was delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough. They were short staffed when we were there, and the staff that was there put in extra effort to make sure we were taken care of. This is one of my new favorite places.

Read moreGot the wet burrito requested no cheese & it came out w cheese😡wish it would’ve come out hot rather than luke warm. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place but overall good spot.
Don’t recommend getting the ceviche, way too watery.
Mango fresco drink wasn’t too sweet which is a plus.

Wife and i had a burrito and the wet burrito. Big portions. Kind service. Place was nice. Out of beer so i tried a cocktail. I wasnt impressed with the cocktail. My wife liked hers though. Defitiely recommend as the food tasted great. Cool aerospace history too, right in this area if you look it up.

We eat here when we're in the neighborhood, but we're never happy about it. The food is fine but not great, and it's way more expensive than other options that are a little farther away.

My first time at Guacamaya Oasis. I waited pretty long for takeout but it was well worth it. I couldn’t decide what to get so I got three dishes and all was absolutely amazing. I will be back!

Poor Customer Service - Edit
I've been a patron of this establishment for years. Long before they changed locations, and I've never received deplorable service from them until a few days ago. I'm hosting an event that requires catering and we were deliberating which vendor to choose by having a tasting party. I called in an order of all sides to be picked up at 4pm that evening for the party. Despite arriving 10-15 minutes early my order was still ready. When I entered the restaurant on the phone the staff was laughing and talking behind the register[ good naturely], but the moment they noticed me they were very attentive. They retrieved my order and I sat to check the sizes of the container before leaving. Upon arriving at my destination hours later, I and my party discovered the missing items and call your restaurant. Only to be greeted with hostility and and aggression form your head night manager Marinao. When I informed him I was missing some of my order, he first told me he didn't pack it, but the other manager did. Then proceeded to tell me, without checking with the other manager, that he's SURE she packed everything, despite my testimony of otherwise. When I insisted that the items were missing he had the audacity to ask why I was calling him so late and infer sarcastically the it was "mighty convenient" for me to call so long after I'd ordered [ 3hr max]. After an unnecessary and uncomfortable back and forth that last for a what felt like an eternity with the employee calling me a lier, he begrudgingly offered me a refund for the missing items. I Pride myself on being a upstanding person. I've never treated anyone like how disgusting these employees have treated me. I am majorly offended. Suffice to say this incident has taken this establishment out of the running for my event. I can't tell you how disappointing this is.

Ordering was not easy. While everything was plant based, nutrition info was available. Ordered Shrimp tacos which seemed to be oily. Would not have ordered it had I known it was going to be that oily. My wife ordered Chili reilleno burrito which was fine.

Everything on the menu here is excellent. I always go for the menudo made with snow mushroom to replicate tripe. I’ve tried their ceviche in the past which is really good as well. More recently, I tried their birria tacos which were phenomenal.

Overpriced, small portions, and terrible customer service. I just got a job nearby and was optimistic about supporting the only vegan restaurant close enough for my patronage during lunch breaks. On my first visit, I was disappointed at the lack of friendliness. I attempted to charm a welcoming attitude out of the employees but to no avail. The side of beans I ordered was little more than a shot glass. But I gave them a second chance because, as a vegan, I am kind-hearted. Again, I regretted entering the establishment. I speculate the owner had high hopes of pursuing their dream of opening a cruelty-free eatery, but the workers did not share the same enthusiasm. I would like to believe that we're all a family here, but this place does a disservice to the community.

The food here is so good and their are so many things to try. I wish I could’ve tried everything, but I ended up trying the Chile relleno burrito and a wet burrito. They were both so flavorful and filling. I’ll definitely have to go back to try other things.

New Favorite Vegan Mexican Food?! - Edit
This place is amazing! It’s fully vegan and delicious. My non-vegan mom got the relleno burrito and a strawberry agua fresca. I tried the Abuelitas Gorditas filled with mushroom carnitas and a Soyrizzo relleno burrito in a bowl for later (bowl without tortilla to make it gluten free). I was surprised at first with the price of our food but tasting the quality and seeing the portion size made me feel it is worth it. Now I wish they had more locations. I’m so glad we stopped by!

Okay I’m sure a lot of people have had much better experience, but every time I come here and try something different I am unfortunately disappointed. So I just stick to the pozole which is my favorite here. The v meat they use in it is perfect. Other than that, meh. Try it if you really want to!
