What a find on US 9! Ask about the vegan Reuben made with house-made seitan and 1000 Island dressing! It comes with pickles and your choice of French fries or homemade potato chips. Don’t miss the selection of Stewart’s sofas in the cooler. Super nice people and excellent food make this my new must-go place in Jersey.

Excellent Vegan Sandwich Options! - Edit
I had the Vegan Philly Cheese Steak and it was amazing! The Owner's Son Don, makes the Seitan himself and I must say the texture and flavor was spot on! I cook myself so we chatted for a bit and I picked up some great pointers as well.

Anyway it was delish!!!
Pros: Reasonable Pricing, Great Texture and Flavor in the dish, Very nice folks, good service
Cons: Really nothing, maybe a little more fries with it.

The family was awesome to pick their brain and give them more products to try! I have no doubt in my mind they will have a lot of options in the near future! Connected them with Vegan in NJ, can’t wait to see what else they can make! Chef Joe will make you anything he possibly can with the ingredients he has on hand! The Vegan Reuben was great!

Vegan choices in mainstream sandwich shop - Edit
This is a new restaurant so we came in to try it and were blown away by the friendliness of the owners who talked about veganism and said they want to build their vegan menu. They even asked for our suggestions. We had a vegan cheesesteak and a vegan avocado/cheese/lettuce/tomato along with homemade pickles, homemade black bean & corn salad, and amazing fries. They plan to add vegan chili to the menu and possibly Smokey tempeh strips. This would be an excellent place to patronize as they build up their options, most of which ideally use ingredients they already have on hand. Will definitely be back, these people are great.
