This is a really nice place with special food and wonderful staff! I had the rice and lentil Crêpe with vegan cheese and avocado and lettuce which was really good and fresh!
Read moreOnly downside: it’s not cheap for the portion size. The Crêpe was 8.50€ and was more of a big snack than a full meal. I don’t know whether it’s all organic though and the food is really fresh and yummy, so maybe the price is justified.

I needed a coffee so I popped in, ended up having a nice breakfast: vegan croissant ( yes,no spelling mistakes!), Milkshake,a bowl of fruit and muesli with acai berries and banana.
Everything is freshly prepared,as I am lazily looking around now, two girls are preparing lunch with all the delicious ingredients from the counter.
If you are in Tarifa for a break this is the place not to miss.

I love this place, I was eating there today and they´ve got some great dishes. We had the meatballs (vegan) and quite honestly they were some of the best I´ve ever had, really filling and so flavoursome.

It's frustrating that it's not just vegan in this day and age, like anyone able to grasp basic concepts. However, what makes that even worse is that it is by far the worst vegetarian place I have ever been to in terms of working out what the vegan options were. Dairy is indicated by one of the many small and confusing allergen symbols. Eggs are not indicated at all (maybe they are in nothing -- who knows?). Honey is only indicated in the descriptions, which are not always the same in English and Spanish. They told me that e.g. the croissants were not vegan, but that is not indicated on the menu at all. It made me very unadventurous about trying different things. Why they don't just have a vegan symbol like any other vegetarian restaurant in the world, I have absolutely no idea. I still liked the place but it was a lot more stressful than it had to be.
Note that the opening hours currently listed here did not apply when I was there, when it closed at 5:00 every day. Most likely they are the summer hours. A boon though is that it was open during siesta time, which very few places were.

Lovely staff and food to match. We had a couple of juices and a spinach & cheese crepe all of which were perfect. Highly recommended for a peaceful, casual eat and drink.

Y, por si fuera poco, los propietarios son de lo más amable y cordial, tal como nos imaginamos que deben ser los veganos😄

The Grow is just a wonderful place to be... if it is to have a jus or coffee and daydreaming or to meet with friends and have a delicious healthy meal. Everything is made fresh and lots of love and it tastes great! There is a really nice lounge outside and some cute tabels inside. Everything is welcoming and the owner are really lovely people. Super nice staff and a great variety of mostly vegan and some vegetarian meals. And even the few vegetarian dishes are from local and organic origin.
Read moreHad two toasts that were fantastic and big and the daily salad wich was very fresh. The have really good Andalusian craft beer and the whole atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go there more often as long as we are here!!
