Surprisingly mediocre

My choices all had a lack of seasoning and flavor. I chose; The plant based fish and chips, Buffalo cauliflower wings, and the Pesto pasta with tofu.
-The fish and chips were alright, they really needed some salt, but I enjoyed the breading texture. I’d love to see a seaweed wrap before breading but still a nice snack.
-The Buffalo cauliflower wings looked really nice in the picture, they were tossed in sauce and had sesame seeds and kelp flakes, but I got bare cauli only battered with a sweet chili dip
-the pesto pasta once had Omni meat, but now it comes with tofu. It was an unpressed silken tofu, battered. I feel like if they used a firmer tofu and/or marinated/seasoned it, it would be a much better pairing as the pesto tasted decent.
All in all this was a great location with a nice vibe, friendly staff, and good prices. I’d just love to see the recipe tweaked a little, maybe stick to the Pad Thai and seasonal fruit specials.

*update* however the Kapraow burger, was wonderful, Omni patty with a spicy sauce, would recommend
