Great gelato - Edit
Really nice and central gelatería in Pisa, with the friendliest of staff. As of Nov '25 they have three vegan gelatos: lemon, strawberry, and pear with chocolate chips. I went for scoops for the latter two which were great. The pear with chocolate chips was divine.
