Tortillas / Beans contain Lard

Called to see if they have lard in their beans. They said the broth odds animal broth, tortillas are made with Lard (animal fat), and the beans are made with lard.

You have to veganize your order but worth it!

My husband and I frequent Gringo’s often and they currently have no vegan options. Usually I modify a salad to include black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, avocados, etc and use salsa as the dressing. It’s so delicious but I’m not always in the mood for a salad, right?! So the last time we went I, with the help of our awesome waitress, modified their Amazon Wrap. We included the fajita veggies, lettuce, guac and black beans, and holy moly, so great! Our waitress said that she and the kitchen staff even thought it looked delicious. I emailed their corporate office and explained all this to them and sent a pic of my amazing wrap. They said it was a great idea and are in the process of creating more plant-based/vegan dishes! 💚🌱

Pros: The waitstaff is always so helpful!, Great margaritas!
