Grind It

Pretty good food however it's pretty hard to create something vegan. I asked the server if I could make a dish vegan and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language so I'm not sure it's vegan friendly at all :/ I ordered a wrap and asked for no eggs and asked for it to be vegan and only after I had almost eaten the whole thing I realized the pesto sauce drizzled over everything had cheese in it. So a bit disappointed as other reviews say that they can cater to vegans but I guess they've changed in some way. But if you are vegetarian I definitely recommend it.

We had an easy time creating a vegan breakfast. The kitchen are used to cooking up vegan food and the guy who served us was vegan himself so we didn't have to explain anything. The food was great, the house made beans were really tasty. Only downside was that it got a little pricey by the time we added all of our "extras", but the meal was worth it.

Was able to cater a vegan breakfast and understood what vegan is!

Has grilled tomato, baked potatoes, avocado, toast and awesome beans.

Isn't many vegan compatible places in Glenelg apart from Grind It and Good Life Pizza.
