Homophobia Sexaul Harrassment & Bullying!

Staff are homophobic and sexaully harrass others, they fired an employee for speaking out about sexaul harrassment right Infront of me and other customers. I will never be spending my money here and will be lodging a fair work dispute as someone who witnessed this unprofessional behaviour.

I've also sent an email to the CEO of Grill'd highlighting this behaviour.

Shame on you and your staff. What a toxic workplace!

Pros: They did it Infront of customers, I'm taking it to fair work

Cons: Bullys, Sexaul Harrassment, Horrendous Quality of food

Impressive staff

This experience was as exceptional as usual at the Charlestown grilled which is our weekly meat-free Monday date night.

However I was especially impressed with Nick, who was learning the till and how he navigated taking our order even though it is a difficult one to get right.

I was impressed to see the manager Destiny recognise our usual order was slightly incorrect and sent the polite Molly to our table to correct and ensure we would love our experience. We did.
See you next week 🤟
