Tasty fresh food especially for the area - Edit
Really enjoyed being able to get a sandwich filled with veggies. The smoothies are solid too. I'm not sure why- but I was struggling to find places I liked to eat out in this area. I'm thankful for these sandwiches and the clearly labeled options (there's a lot). And the vegan lavender shortbread cookies :)

Fresh and yummy! - Edit
I will be honest, I had my doubts when my BBQ tofu sammie came out with white (ie apparently unseasoned and unsauced tofu) but was shocked to take my first bite and experience a mouthful of flavor! While I still think for visual purposes they should at least baste the tofu in BBQ, between the sauce on the sandwich plus the salty bacun (not the tempeh kind either), fresh tomato, red onion, and vegan cheese, the sandwich was not lacking in taste. The side of hummus that came with my veggies was super garlicky, which I loved, too. Free refills on the iced tea. On this trip they also had some vegan chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies plus a vegan lavender short bread. Will definitely be returning if I ever find myself in Snohomish again!

Really great juice! Good service as well. - Edit
I had the BBQ tofu sandwich and got one of their fresh ginger juices. Juice was perfect! Sandwich was messy (three napkins and a hand wash for 1/2 a sandwich) and they committed the sin of not cooking the vegan bacon (or the tofu, but i think the tofu was just warmed up). Cooked veggie bacon would have added some needed texture and made the sandwich way better but it kinda fell a little short for me, especially being a cold day and wanting something more comfort food.
Read moreThe employee behind the counter knew what vegan was and explained that all of the sauces are vegan. They make their vegetarian items vegan by substituting vegan cheese. The day I visited, they also had three vegan soup options and I wish I had tried one.
I got a vegan chocolate chip cookie to go, and they actually gave me two because they said this batch turned out a bit small, which was really nice of them! Cookies were a good texture, not dry. They had gluten free vegan chocolate chip ones as well.
I would try this place again and probably try something else on the menu as the main. M

Great vibes and best pesto tofu sandwich - Edit
Employees are knowledgeable about how to make many of the sandwiches/burgers vegan. They have smoothies/juices, soy cheese, and multiple vegan dressings (Caesar, ranch, blue cheese, green goddess, etc) for an extensive salad bar. Pesto tofu sandwich sub soy moz is my favorite along with their vegan pumpkin spice cookies they have at least half of the year.

Best Sandwiches in the 98290 Zip Code - Edit
I get the Tofu Curry sandwich every time I'm there. The bread is delicious, and they grill it to perfection every time. The sandwich is loaded with flavor. I literally get sad when I get to the last bite or two. My taste buds never want the experience to end!
Read moreI haven't tried the salad bar there, though it always looks appealing and really fresh.
I'm so glad this place exists! We occasionally catch a live band in Snoho with friends. These friends, while always open to trying a vegan place for me, usually can't go a meal without meat & dairy. The live bands play in bars/restaurants that don't offer a single vegan item and the place reeks of burning flesh. I can barely breathe until I adjust to the odor. While Grilla Bites doesn't have entertainment or cocktails, I love being able to depend on them for a delicious vegan meal when I'm spending time in downtown Snohomish.
Pros: Sandwiches are perfection, Many vegan options

Organic tasty vegan food - Edit
I loved my curry tofu sandwich and gazpacho! Their veggies and hummus are also amazing. I found them only a couple days after I received news that a close family member has cancer and this prompted me to want only organic places. This place delivers that need and much more!

Good service, okay vegan options - Edit
I’ve been here on several occasions. The employees provide quality customer service, but I found the vegan options to be mediocre. I do appreciate that they have options. I would go with someone else that wanted to visit, but it’s nothing I would seek out myself.

Both kid and vegan friendly! - Edit
My kids and I decided to come here for dinner after a long, hot day of shopping. The vegan watermelon gazpacho was so refreshing. I enjoyed their salad bar and the kids loved Peanut Butter Jelly sandwiches. They came with blue tortilla chips and freshly made hummus.

A Gem in Snoho - Edit
Been eating here for years. Small portions but decent food. Their homemade hummus is decent but not my favorite dry. Can add vegan cheese and sub vegan garlic aioli on their grilled portobello mushroom and veggie burgers. Tofu sandwiches are great. Vegan desserts too! Their lavender shortbread cookies are divine.

Best Veg option in downtown Snohomish! - Edit
I have loved this place for years, even before I turned vegan. They have something for everyone. Everything here makes you feel healthy, while still being comforting and satisfying. I love their curry and bbq tofu sandwiches. The veggie burgers are amazing, as well. The salad bar makes for all kinds of great salads. My favorite thing here is the hummus and carrots! I always get them as my side because the hummus is homemade and so delicious! They also have some great desserts including gluten free and vegan options.

Cute cafe with homestyle sandwiches and a serve-yourself salad bar. I had the Pesto Tofu sandwich that came with a side of carrot/celery sticks + hummus. All delicious. All vegan including vegan mozzarella. They have several vegan sandwich options including a tofu curry and a BLT. Homemade juice and smoothies also.

Super happy! - Edit
I had the pesto tofu sandwich and it was super good. You can get a half sandwich or a full sandwich. And they can come with chips or fresh cut veggies with their home made hummus. Also we had their strawberry lemonade. I also love that everything is compostable or recycle. I'm super happy that they have vegan options at this place! Including "mayo" and soy mozzarella cheese. It's close to my boyfriends work, all the vegan places I can go to are in Seattle and just too far away.

Lovely cafe in Snohomish and I enjoyed tomato soup and a vegan blt. They really ought to take the plunge and go fully vegan. Get a beer and wine license, open a little later with some candles on the tables and hey presto a vegan bistro in Snohomish

Not a fully vegetarian restaurant but they offer plenty of veg options. Great sandwiches and veg burgers and they even have soy cheese if you ask. The self serve salad bar also has a lot of options and good combinations.

My husband and I have been going here a while. Always fresh, friendly, fast and yummy!!! They have a veggie burger and a portobello burger w/ soy cheese that are amazing! Their hummus and chips/veggies are great. Love their guacamole: get it on your burger or/and w/ chips! Great juices and salad bar. They also have amazing soups that they run out of so hurry! The vegan brownie also isn't bad :) They recycle and compost yay!

Grilla Bites has a fantastic salad bar and makes fresh juice and smoothies. Also very good soups. Some vegan and gluten free baked goods. It's cafe style, serve yourself. There's a beautiful mural of the Snohomish Valley. It's a perfect stop after biking the centennial trail.
