Marietta Location Update - Edit
This was my first time through (note they are in a brick & mortar in Marietta now, check their instagram) and I wanted to try something I’ve never had before, not being from the South. I got Rosie’s grits bowl and some apple butter to put on the biscuit. When I tell you, this was the best biscuit I’ve EVER had in my life??? And the rest of the bowl—- glorious. Best meal I’ve had in GA so far. No notes, will definitely be back any time I’m in the area. I will note, the food is EXPENSIVE. It’s sitting at a brunch spot downtown sipping mimosas expensive, but this is carryout with limited outdoor seating. Still, glad to support as a treat.

Fabulous!! - Edit
I wanted to put 4 stars just because it was so expensive, but everything else was so perfect. I got the Craig G’s pancake platter and OH! Absolutely divine! I had been wanting diner style pancakes since I went vegan because the texture is so hard to recreate, and Gregory’s did just that!
Read moreI also got an order of the grits, and an addition of the maple cinnamon glaze. My total, after tax and all, came out to around $45. This was a LOT. But I feel like it was worth the food I got. Everything tasted amazing, the person who let me in was fabulous, friendly and all. So though it is expensive, it is certainly worth the occasional trip.
As for the eggs, sausage, and grits, since I’ve only focused on the pancakes, they were great! The grits were fabulous, it has been a long time since I’ve had grits homemade like that. They were savory, creamy, and you got a big portion. The sausage and eggs were good, nothing I felt too strongly in relation to that. Eggs can be hard to recreate taste wise, and they did a good job of making sure there wasn’t too much of any one spice. I’ve had issues with that before at restaurants. The sausage, being a maple sausage, is sweet, but it is still really good!
Overall, I loved it. Talking while I waiting for my food was great, loved the person I chatted with. Very delightful energy. I have no complaints on the food and solely praises. Would absolutely recommend, and I will be coming back!

Gregorys on the go - Edit
I wanted some thing quick after a hike and decided to try Gregorys. Make sure you’re headed to their new location! This sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was perfect, although next time I will take the maple sausage off, it was good, just too sweet for my taste. I hope Gregorys continues to thrive.

Great vegan food in Roswell - Edit
My husband and I enjoyed breakfast here one morning and it was delicious! There aren’t many vegan options in Roswell, so we were excited to find it! The biscuits and gravy were outstanding! Our only complaint is the price. It cost $50 for two of us to have breakfast (we ordered two meals and both were $25 each). We didn’t bring our two teens who wanted to join us because it would have been $100. That’s just not an affordable option, so unfortunately we won’t be able to eat there often.

Best biscuits! Remind me of my childhood! - Edit
I haven’t had a vegan sausage, egg & cheese biscuit this good since I switched to a plant-based diet! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had plenty of good vegan breakfast sandwiches but I took 1 bite of this one & instantly got this nostalgic, childhood, feeling back to when used to eat these as a kid (non-vegan). The food is made to order so each meal will taste fresh & home-cooked (the place is literally a house turned into a mini restaurant).

Amazing! - Edit
I will be here every weekend. I almost called back to be sure it was actually vegan. Had the Columbus egg & cheez biscuit. The biscuit was amazing. The eggs were so good and not overloaded with nutritional yeast (I don’t like when places add a ton to create “eggs”). It was a good amount of food. A bit pricey, but honestly I’m just so happy to have a spot like this in Roswell that I’ll pay whatever.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!! But be prepared... - Edit
I have been plant-based for 10 years and before making the change, my favorite meal was bacon and eggs. So I am always on the hunt for a good vegan breakfast and this is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I have had The Columbus biscuit with bacon, Columbus biscuit with sausage and the LB biscuit. All of them were ridiculously good!!!! I am so happy to have found a place that prepares incredible vegan breakfast food!!!
Read moreWhile the food is truly AMAZING, you need to know a few things before going. CALL IN YOUR ORDER before you go! Get the latest menu on FB or IG and call in your order because it can take between 30 minutes to an hour to get your food! Additionally, if you don't call in your order, it may take 20 minutes for someone to come out and take your order! Calling your order in before you get there is by far the way to go. Secondly, when you call in your order, know that a 15% tip is automatically added to your order. As much as I LOVE the food and I will definitely go back, I don't like having a tip forced upon me, when the prices are already very high ($18 for one bacon & egg biscuit)! Yes, you can manually change it, but if you just confirm and pay, it's in there.
Lastly, it's a little tricky to find when you go for the first time. The location is a house and customers are not allowed inside. That is why it is listed as a food truck. There are a few picnic tables and a gazebo out back where you can sit down and eat. But what makes it tricky to find is that the address is on Bulloch Ave, which is the front of the house. But that is NOT where you need to go. You need to go to the back of the house and there is an entrance to the back on Marietta Highway. The entrance is next to Pizzeria Lucca on Marietta Highway and you will see a yellow sign.
