Delicious vegan spinach pie at the airport 🥐 - Edit
Glad to have this option at the airport! The spinach pie was so delicious — one of the best I’ve had. Perfect quick bite before a flight and great to see vegan options available.

Rude staff mediocre coffee avoid - Edit
Early morning flight from Athens went here as Starbucks was the only other option. Staff incredibly rude, server shouted at me to get my coffee order at other counter, not clear how this system works (after paying you have to order the coffee again?). . Falafel wrap was an ocean of stale bread like stuff, falafels were dry and tasteless. Coffee

Expensive but maybe that’s the airport life - Edit
Paid 6,90 for a cappuccino with almond milk. If i did the maths right a whole 1,50€ more for plantbased milk, I find that very sad and rude at the same time.
Read moreHappy about the vegan spinach pie though. I didn’t see any sweet options when I was there, or they weren’t clearly labeled, I didn’t ask.
Cons: Expensive milk surcharge

Bad hygiene - Edit
They had a line vegan option, the spinach pie. I ordered that but was given one with cheese by mistake. I go to take it back and the lady put it straight back into the case with the others. Mind you, I touched this and she put it back for someone else to buy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Adequate Vegan options - Edit
Depends on availability but here's my experience. Savoury options: Good spinach pie, great traditional pastry zucchini/carrot pie. I would avoid the Vegan Kourou 'Cheese' Pie. It has semolina so when it stays in the warm display for too long it becomes so dry. I gave my feedback directly to them and they gave me the zucchini pie and a donut 🙂. They also have a falafel/hummus wrap but haven't tried it. So if you don't like something, mention it. They were very kind and understanding.

Kourou cheese pie - Edit
I had the Kourou cheese pie, which was also the only "fresh" vegan option offered at that time. Price: 3.70€, so I considered it kind of expensive, but everything is expensive at the airport. It was good, there were not many alternatives

I might have gone to the wrong Gregory's? - Edit
The branch of Grogory's I visited was in Terminal A, post-security, for departures. Maybe there is another branch of Gregory's before you pass security? I have noticed Gregory's branches throughout Athens that offer some vegan items--but not this one: except for a couple of packaged energy bars, there was no vegan food offered here--nada, zip.
Read moreGranted, this branch does offer plant milk for your coffee--but for a hefty extra charge.

At least it's vegan - Edit
Well. I was starving and saw there was a vegan option, so I tried the cheese pie. Blandest food I have ever eaten in my life. It's not even that bad, it's just bland.
Read moreTwo stars because it's always a struggle to find vegan options at airports.

A certain spot to get a snack at the airport - Edit
We were at the Athens airport twice in the course of 10 days and this was the only place where we knew we would find a vegan option for sure. Located in the Departures hall. They have the small wrap with hummus, falafel and veggies for about 2,70€ I think and then the vegan cheese pie. The cheese pie is actually kinda delicious but quite dry so the second time around we asked for some ketchup for dipping. This way it was really nice😄I am sure they have some other sauces if you're not such a ketchup enthusiast as we are.

Could be better - Edit
Ordered an iced coconut latte and a vegan spinach pie, got a hot coconut latte and a not-so-vegan spinach pie with feta.

Convenient and Tasty - Edit
I was scared that I wouldn't be able to find anything at Athens airport, but then I found this gem! The service friendly, prices reasonable (for an airport) and the food actually exceeding expectations. The Spinach roll was delicious, as was the cheese triangle.
