Excellent vegan English breakfast - Edit
I went with a group of friends on a weekday early afternoon, and it took about 20 minutes to get seated. It was worth the wait. The staff were very busy, but friendly. The vegan versions of the English Breakfast was excellent. Even though it was very crowded, we were told it was fine for us to stay as long as we liked.

They have different options, just ask the waitresses. The food is good and earthy, large quantities for a fairly affordable price. The place is small but cosy. Sadly no reservations so you can wait outside for a while.

Great spot if dining with non vegan friends. Few vegan options on the menu, seems to change from time to time. It's a really popular spot and you may have to wait a while for a table.

The pancakes are not labeled vegan but could be.
Food looks great and pretty- definitely appealing. The fries were crunchy and the beetroot mayo was a pretty pink dipper. The vegan burger of sweet potato was a little mushy, but a pleasant sweet.
Not quite veggie burger but also not a faux meat burger. I requested a side of sautéed mushrooms they were delicious.
Pros: Cute , Tea time-y, Vegan option

There are three vegan options currently: pancake stack with sausage, scrambled tofu and bacon, vegan sweet potato burger and seasonal salad. The scrambled tofu has good structure and color but is pretty much tasteless - a pinch of kala namak would make a world of a difference. The sausage and the pancakes were ok. The burger patty was way too soft. The beetroot mayo looks pretty.

The place is small (but kinda cozy) and fills up fast, so be prepared to wait, as this location doesn’t take reservations.
All in all, pretty average. The Factory Girl in de Pijp has a similar concept (all day breakfast), but way more vegan options.

3.6 They don’t have many options and the place is a bit cramped. The food they do have is nice(2options being savoury pancakes and my yoghurt when I was there). Suprisingly busy at 1220 on a tuesday but maybe due to the second week of the christmas holiday.

Avevo letto alcune recensioni in cui si diceva che l’unica opzione vegana fosse la versione plant-based della English Breakfast. Non amando la colazione salata ero un po’ preoccupata. In realtà è presente anche un’opzione dolce che mi ha sorpreso: una sorta di overnight oats servito a palline con yogurt plant-based (uno tra i più buoni mai mangiati) e frutta. The Vegan English Breakfast is a substantial offering including excellent scrambled tofu and homemade vegan soda bread. But it is heavy on mock meats (two kinds of sausage and bacon), salt and fried. Other than half a tomato and fried potatoes, there really aren’t any vegetables. It’s an impressive dish but could be modified to be a little healthier. Would it still be considered an “English” breakfast?

There's only one vegan breakfast but it is delicious. It's very British style, with the sausage, beans, scrambled 'egg' tofu, tomato, mushrooms. The hash brown was home made. Very nice food.

Delicious Vegan English Breakfast - Edit
A cute little cosy cafe which serves a vegan fried breakfast with vegan soda bread. All veg was really well seasoned and the soda bread was amazing. One of the best vegan English breakfasts I have had (and this is coming from someone from the UK!). It is very popular but if you show up they add you to a waiting list and tell you what time to come back which is nice.

Das Lokal ist sehr klein, deshalb muss man auf jeden Fall Wartezeit vor der Tür einplanen. Es gibt ein herzhaft veganes Frühstück mit Rührtofu, diversen angebratenem Gemüse und selbstgebackenen Brot. Das war lecker! Aber leider auch das einzige Menü für Veganer. Dafür das sich das Lokal mit sustainable ausgezeichnet hat, fand ich die Menüauswahl schlecht gewählt.

I like the fact they finally have a vegan option! Their soda bread is a dream, so tasty! But I miss the butter on it, they could easily find a vegan version of it? Also, why not making a vegan English breakfast? There’s a lot of vegan sausages in the market in the Netherlands... 🤔.

I enjoyed the big vegan breakfast and a Almond Milk Latte. The food was incredible! A giant plate filled with fried potatoes, avocado, mushrooms tomatoes, baked beans, asparagus and spinach. I highly recommend that you order the house-made Soda Bread - it is SO GOOD!

Had the Vegan Breakfast and Bread it was massive and really good food! Coconut coffee was nice and sweet😄would 100% recommend, also went with a friend who is not vegan so was good to find a place to accommodate both of us with great food

I visited Greenwoods twice during a short stay in Amsterdam. I had The Vegan sandwich on my first visit and the vegan version of the Full English Breakfast on my second visit. Both were delicious and served in satisfying portions. I was traveling with non-vegans and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. The staff was very pleasant. It is a small cafe, so expect a queue. It is worth the wait!
