Great roadside find!

Traveling from Albuquerque to Santa Fe we stumbled upon this restaurant. Great easy vegan options. Holding the cheese made many of the vegetarian options vegan. They also carry Tofu to add to a dish should you wish to do so! The food was very good, good service and reasonable prices!

Pros: Lots of dishes easy to make vegan, Great prices
