Very fine food - Edit
The food was really delicious. Salad came without bread or other carbs, but this was compensated with the big amount of nachos my mother ordered, so we could share. We liked the kombucha also. All the details were perfect chosen. Be aware of the free books at the entrance. They are conspiracy and fake news.

This place was fabulous. I got to try authentic Belgium food Vegan style. Staff was lovely and they make everything from scratch including growing their own herbs.

De porties waren voor ons helaas te klein, wij hadden nadien nog honger.. Op het eten zelf kan ik alleen maar goede dingen zeggen, het was echt heel lekker!

The food here is delicious. Homemade with care and full of amazing flavour. The place is really nice, with a little outside seated bit at the back. Only down side is it doesn’t serve alcohol, but maybe we needed a break anyway.

Quality, flavoursome, health-giving, inspired, attractively presented Vegan food is very difficult to find! Hence, we were delighted to discover that Greens and Beans, which recently opened near Gentpoorte - a short walk from Brugge Centre, meets all the above criteria with style.

Nothing was too much trouble - welcoming, accommodating and flexible staff - effortlessly switching from Dutch, to English to French. Great coffee too! We can’t wait to return and unreservedly recommend it to lovers of good food.

Nice discovery with this newly opened restaurant in Bruges, small and cozy with 2 small tables in an outdoor courtyard. We tasted their vol-au-vent which was very good. However, I regret the rather high price of 22€ for a dish made from gluten-based flour substitutes. This kind of price is likely to be an obstacle for those who would like to try plant based cooking and conveys the idea that being vegan is a petty-bourgeois affair.

Great place! I took "le Vol au Vent" and it was really tasty, potatoes with mushrooms, many seitan pieces and salad. They have a nice terrassa and interior decorations. Waiters are here for you to make your stay really comfortable, to advice. I recommend 😊

Read moreIk had de linzenschotel en die was echt heerlijk. De take away viel wel heel duur uit: 56 euro voor 2 dipjes, een 1-persoons linzenschotel en wat brood. Dat was toch wel even schrikken :)

Gezellig tafelen in een warm en aangenaam kader. Verse gerechten die met liefde worden gemaakt, dat proef je! Alles is biologisch en lokaal wat een fijne extra is. De vriendelijke bediening, het lekker eten en de fijne setting zorgen voor 5 sterren. Nog veel succes! Afhalen (bij overschot) is mogelijk, de max!
