Try Again Soon. - Edit
While I LOVE ALL VEGAN ONLY business this kinda felt kinda short. I got the meatball sub; see pictures and Cheese Cake; see pictures. The meatball sub was okay, nothing special to be honest. It was bit messy but doesn't bother me. The Cheese cake is from local NJ company Sirabella was very good, I had been dying to try from them but never wanted to spend to get a whole cake.

Flavor. All vegetarian spot! What a great find for vegetarians. I really liked my seitan cheesesteak. My husband needed to check with me on his Italian hoagie, asking, "is this really vegetarian"?? He was almost teary-eyed, saying that it had been so long since he had a hoagie. Wish it was closer to us.

Cubano & cauliflower soup + pita are great, kale wrap, not so much. - Edit
The cubano and the curried cauliflower soup were both super tasty, the optional complementary pita was fried on the grill with a bit of oil so it had a nice crunch to it in places while it was pleasantly tender elsewhere.
Read moreThe buffalo chick’n wrap was kind-of a dud. If you love raw-ish kale, it might be your thing, but it seemed uncomfortably salty. (I know Frank’s is somewhat salty, but I don’t think it’s THAT salty on its own) also, raw onion, so just be forewarned.
There aren’t any outside tables. But there’s a Wendy’s across the street with some tables if you want to be sneaky. I didn’t scope out the Panera in the same shopping center. But they might? Otherwise, there are benches in the alcove. No tables. (Which I probably don’t recommend sitting at, considering everything was drippy and greasy. A surface is necessary.)
I asked to have my water bottle refilled, one worker just wordlessly shook her head no (as if it was policy) while the other worker said it was fine. The bathroom sinks are somewhat shallow, so I guess have a short cup with you in case you get denied. Speaking of the bathrooms. They use very smelly commercial air freshener. If you’re the type of person whose tastebuds glom onto fragrance, you might want to bring a mask for the bathroom.
Pros: Cubano and soup+pita, yum!
Cons: Smelly chemical air freshener in bathroom, No outside seating, Kale wrap was a dud.

Meh I’ve had better - Edit
I’ve had better cheezsteak that was priced the same and it included fries. This warm (not hot), bland sandwich costs $15. If you want fries pay an additional $4.95. There’s no need to return. It’s a meh for me.

Comfort food - Edit
This vegan restaurant is in a strip mall. You order at a kiosk and then they call out your name. There’s ample seating. We got the avocado BLT, chicken sandwich, and açaí bowl. The coconut bacon was a bit much for me but otherwise the food was good!

Awesome Local Vegan Food - Edit
This location is my favorite Greens & Grains by far. Their wraps are fantastic, especially the buffalo chicken. Weekly specials are always exciting and unique, the vegan gobbler was great during thanksgiving. If you’re looking for desserts, the ice cream cookie sandwich is amazing & gigantic!

Loved everything! - Edit
Was passing through and decided to have lunch here. The menu is pretty big with lots to choose from. There is even a kiosk set up so you can see what the meals looks like. I ordered the gyro combo meal with the mushroom soup, a water and a side of Mac n cheez. I firstly want to commend G&G for selling boxed water in place of bottled, and providing packaging contains and bags in paper instead of plastic. Sustainability points 💚 All the food was delicious! Was really impressed considering its a chain. I didn’t get a chance to get a picture of the soup before it was inhaled! The gyro was very tasty and a great portion. the Mac n cheez was a little oily tasting for my liking but was very creamy. Would love to go back and try more!

Nice Vegan Options - Edit
1st time here. Nice clean space. Dine in available. Friendly service. Easy to read menu. Variety of food choices. Cream of Mushroom soup was delicious (and a good serving size). Their Chick’n parm was good - it’s a panini - however I thought the bread was not crispy and neither was the Chick’n. Still tasty but I would try something different next time. Falafel Pattie’s with sriracha mayo was good. Bigger Pattie’s than I expected. Quinoa with smoked tofu was also a good serving size and tasty. Looking forward to coming back and trying new foods

The menu is pretty large and everything is vegan! They even have ice cream, and some other treats. It’s a little pricey tho. I’ve tried the blt and the bacon is a little too coconuty for me

Fresh Vegan Food with Many Options - Edit
Newly opened. We are so happy to have found this place. There are very few vegan only restaurants in this area, and this one did not disappoint. The food was fresh, with good portion sizes, and you are able to customize or build your own for most of the dishes. We had the breakfast bowl, roasted broccoli and kale, hummus, and a couple of their smoothies. Everything was delicious and fresh. We met the owners, and they are very friendly and hoping to make this location a success. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I encourage others to come out and support them. We will be back to try more.
