Fast casual vegan

Have been here twice and each time I kind of marveled at how clean it appeared. The menu is standard fast casual fare for the average palate. It’s predictably good, if not remarkable. The pita and french fries hit the spot and will definitely be back to try other stuff on the menu. It kind of
reminds me of a vegan version of the 80s Mr. Submarine chain, which i think later became the Miami subs chain 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Great!

After eating somewhere else that served me two dishes they assured me were vegan but were not, I was so happy to find this restaurant! They have a great variety, the staff is so kind and welcoming, and it has a great atmosphere. I will always choose to support a vegan restaurant over any other, and I'm definitely going to be coming here again before I leave the area. 10000000% recommend!!!!

Finally, Great Vegan Sandwiches in Boca

Although I am not a Florida resident anymore, I spend a lot of time visiting family in the area and working remotely. When Parlour Vegan Bakery's Boca location closed, I was extremely bummed to lose the hearty, vegan lunch sandwiches in East Boca.

As soon as Green and Grains opened, I got a text from my family that I needed to check them out. As soon as I got to town, I stopped in for a mid-day lunch break.

The restaurant is a kiosk-style counter-service sandwich and wrap spot with an entirely plant-based menu. The options range from lighter fare like a coconut blt and salad wraps to heartier cheesesteaks and chicken parm subs (all vegan).

I asked for a recommendation and ordered the coconut bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with the uglies potato chips and an orange poppi.

The sandwich was really great and I loved the use of coconut bacon instead of imitation meat. That being said, it wasn't super filling and the portion was smaller than I expected. Definitely a great lunch option though. In fairness, there were also plenty of heavier options on the menu to choose from and I intend to go back and try them.

Sides and drinks were priced higher than expected, but they were also curated to be more ethically vegan friendly brands. Uglies potato chips uses up-cycled potatoes and many of the other offerings were staple vegan brand names.

One other small detail that was great was their were outlets underneath the bench seats and free wifi if you would want to get some work done on your lunch break.

One issue I've had with not particularly Green and Grains, but every place in that plaza is that parking is abysmal. It's always congested, packed, and the layout is neither intuitive nor great for traffic flow. You need to be very careful to avoid pedestrians as walkways are not clear and lanes are tight. That's not an indictment on them, but is a known concern.

Pros: Diverse, Vegan Menu, Sandwich Price is Good Value, Ethical Vegan Standards

Cons: Parking is Hectic, Prices for Sides was Higher than Expected, Primarily Self-Service Ordering

Perfect little spot!

Love this new addition to Boca! You can order with a human or on a screen. All the food comes out to go in eco friendly/compostable packaging. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the Cuban and Viva La vegan smoothie

Amazing and yummy

Came on a whim with my partner and a friend. Cute location and easy parking. They have menus but the touch screen ordering system is great and pictures for everything. We were greeted by a very friendly, welcoming and smiling staff who ended up being the owner.
The place is bright, spacious and clean

Got a few different items and tasted each other’s food. I usually find some fault at a restaurant but I can honestly say I can’t find any fault here. The food was all fresh, perfect temperature and delicious. All generous portions as well.
Make sure to come in and support the place.

New and wonderful

Matt did a great job of introducing this new place to us. Vegan eaters are not used to having so many choices in restaurants! I had a Cuban sandwich and kale salad. My friend had the chipotle Mac n cheese and gyro. Had to get the cheesecake and mango bars. Everything was delicious.

100% Vegan!!!!!

Wow! Greens and Grains truly impressed my family. Such a vast menu with so many incredible plant-based options. It was a huge relief not having to worry about what to order. 100% vegan for the win!

A vegan place in Boca!

As a vegan who’s been living in Boca for 5 years, it’s nice to finally have a fully vegan restaurant with nutritious yet flavorful options. My first meal there was the breakfast sandwich and an Açaí smoothie! Both were great, and I can’t wait to go back and try all the other plant-based options they offer!
