Best Healthy and Affordable Food Around - Edit
Absolutely fantastic plant-based food - probably the best healthy /affordable place I've been to in the Netherlands! We had a number of different options from the menu and all were fantastic. Staff were very kind and helpful and provided tailored recommendations. Aside from the food, it's a very nice place - comfortable, kid-friendly, and well-designed. Would always go again or order take out/delivery.

We loved our choices, which took time ton elect given the fantastic menu. We were here on a cool rainy day, so enjoyed the warm inside. The outside dining option looks nice, too.

So I first visited last year and wasn’t impressed, like other (earlier) reviews the temperature of the food wasn’t hot, the soup was barely warm and the one-use cutlery was a turn off.

The burger was delicious, didn’t feel greasy or unhealthy and had a great savoury flavour. The cauliflower pops weren’t super flavourful but it wasn’t needed as I dipped them in a sauce, they were however nice and crispy; a great side / a nice alternative to chips.

Cozy place for vegan (healthy) fast food. The staff is super friendly as well! I tried their cauliflower wrap and the banana bread, both were very good. They have lots of options for lunch, dinner and snacks. I love that there are plenty of vegan pastries and cookies too. It was hard to chose, will definitely come back to try more things😊

I went back to try the burger and fries and a different flavoured shake (vanilla is best) and I really enjoyed it. They are nice there too.
Read moreI decided to get a cauliflower power wrap. It is cauliflower in a spinach wrap with almonds and jalapeños (it was hot) and pomegranate seeds. I also got the vanilla match shake. This had mint in it as well and it was a good shake. You can check the menu at a table and then order at the counter. Staff then bring you the order. They were really nice. I’ll be visiting again to try a burger.

Modern vegan food - Edit
Quite a big place with modern decor and music. Bottle lace was deserted on a Thursday evening which was surprising since it looks very inviting. The food was OK, I had the burger menu with fries but the menu doesn’t include sauce which was surprising. I didn’t really feel like going back just to order sauce. Overall this seemed like a nice place, I will go back to try more of their food.

Cozy place with healthy food - Edit
This restaurant offers delicious and healthy food. The portions are quite small, so I would suggest to other several dishes. I tried the menu with a salad and a wrap. The chai latte I had afterwards was very delicious, would highly recommend to try that one!

Verbazingwekkend - Edit
Ons bezoek aan Green Rebel in den Haag werd een optelsom van louter positieve ervaringen. Samen met onze vegatarische dochter liepen wij bij toeval langs deze uitnodigende zaak. Met een 45 minuten beschikbare tijd en geprikkeld door een niet te stuiten nieuwsgierigheid van de dochter besloten wij spontaan om de lunch bij Green Rebel te gebruiken. Wij namen als niet vegetariers zonder enige verwachting maar met een uiterst tevreden dochter plaats. Wat ons gelijk opviel was het enthousiasme van het team en de trotse wijze waarop zij ons als niet vergetariers informeerden over de kaart. De adviezen van het personeel volgend, kwamen er een Dutch Dandy en twee flatbreads Ready to Rendang en Cauliflower Power met wat drankjes naar ons toe. De eerste bite van mijn Ready to Rendang zal ik niet snel vergeten. Super vers en echt mega lekker. Mijn vrouw en dochter weigerden mij vervolgens een hap van hun lunch omdat ook zij enorm blij waren met hun keuze. Vervolgens heb ik geprikkeld door mijn eerste ervaring nog een Umani Mania voor mijzelf besteld en ook deze burger deed mij helemaal stijl achterover slaan. Wij heb onze verrassende lunch afgesloten met een koffie en een heerlijk stuk bananenbrood en 2 Vanilla Matcha's. zonder overdrijven durf ik na mijn bezoek aan Green rebel te stellen dat zodra wij een volgende keer den Haag aan doen wij met zekerheid weer langskomen. Ons bezoek aan green rebel heeft ons bijzonder geinspireerd om anders naar plant based voeding te kijken. Green Rebel was voor ons dan ook een meer dan verbazingwekkende kennismaking die naar meer smaakt.

This plant based comfort food offers worth for your money. It's rather cheap and the quality of the food is above average. Nice place but needs more marketing and visibility. People walk by without noticing the place close to Station HS The Hague.
