Organic Raw Vegan Stamp of Approval - Edit
As a professional holistic vegan (xGFx) chef and the registered holistic nutritionist (RHN, VLCE, HHC) behind GHJCo.'s menu, I can say with pride that their cold-pressed juice & upcoming raw food menu meets the nutritional, wellness & lifestyle needs of those closely following & observing a natural, clean, compassionate & ethical diet/lifestyle. Additionally, though there are nuts on the premises, most of their offerings cater to those who are allergy-consious; excluding tree nuts, their general menu is free of common allergens. At present launch date (January 2014) their menu is also 100% gluten-free and celiac-friendly.
GHJCo. is a definite spot to stop while visiting Toronto for any mindful vegan & health-conscious individual!

Exactly What Toronto Needed - Edit
This Juice and Smoothie Bar just opened in the Rosedale/ Sumerhill area, and is completely organic. They use Norwalk and X1 Juice presses, making it the only place I know of in Toronto who has REAL, cold-pressed, living, raw, juices. They also use glass bottles instead of plastic! This is exactly what Toronto needed. Vegan/vegetarian/raw, hands down the best juice bar in the city.
