Vegan labeled dish is not vegan / disappointing - Edit
The only reason we went into this restaurant was that there was a vegan burger on the menu. Once we wanted to order, we were told the burger was actually not vegan as the bun contains milk. We got offered the option of having sourdough bread instead of the bun. We tried it but this was just a mediocre sandwich with no sauce, old salad leaves and a mushy patty that fell apart right away. Also the amount of fries was ridiculously small. Would never go there again.

Ontzettend aardig personeel en heerlijke juiche maar...de vegan burger was koud en smeerbaar en ook smakeloos , echt jammer!

They make good coffee roasted in house. Also they offer milk drinks with oat milk, which is nice. Unfortunately they have no vegan food options nor cakes. Plus is open only for the gardens’ visitors, but the same coffee is offered just in the place next to the cable car station.

Oat milk cappuccino - Edit
No vegan cakes but really happy to be able to have an oat milk cappuccino (plant milks don't seem to be commonly offered in Madeira) in a perfect spot.

Magnifique café avec options végés ''véganisables'' - Edit
La salade avocat et le sandwich avocat peuvent être faits en version vegan, les oeufs/fromage seront enlevés.
