Greenhouse Cafe

I went to Greenhouse Cafe for breakfast with my family after, shall we say, a bit of a heavy night. I was looking for a big hearty breakfast, and as this was the only vegetarian (and vegan-friendly) cafe in town, and a short walk from where we were staying, it seemed like the obvious choice.

We arrived just as they were opening, and were the first to be seated. There weren't too many vegan options on the menu, but there were a few that could be made vegan. I went with the vegan version of the Bits and Bobs. The server came out a couple of minutes later and asked what I would like the eggs to be replaced with, and I got tofu.

The food was delicious. The beans had a bit of heat; perfect for me, but they would have been too hot for anyone else at my table. The tofu was perfectly cooked, and it was topped with a divine cashew cheese.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Greenhouse Cafe to anyone looking for a vegan meal in Caloundra. They were a bit pricier than I would normally want to pay, and I would like to see more vegan options on the menu, but the food and the service was excellent.

Nice food here tucked away in a cute alley in Caloundra, some vegetarian and some vegan. I've had the burrito and a few acai bowls and both were awesome. My carno partner enjoyed the vege patty with eggs. Portion sizes are truly huge! Visit hungry!

This place is so lovely! Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. The vegan burrito with co-yo 'sour' cream was the best burrito I've ever had! A must if your in the area

Delicious tofu burger and smoothie enjoyed here. Nice cafe off the street. Vegan and vegan options listed on the menu. Recommend.

Excellent vegan options at this friendly, welcoming cafe. The Coyo tzatziki and pesto on the nachos and 'bits and bobs' are real stand-outs.
