The hours listed do not reflect the time of the actual operation hours , i came at 9pm on a supposedly 10pm closing night and this place was closed . Drove a hour ! ! So I had to order something else from the food court but the food was fire

The wait time is seriously an issue , by the time you get your food the mushroom or/and the fries are SOGGY. Estimated wait time was 30 minutes got my food after a hour and 15 minutes. Only ordered 2 dinners. Spent $35 ish.

Varolds is a one-of-a-kind MUST try in Chicago - Edit
I saw a pic is the varolds (a vegan version of the famous chicken chain 'Harolds' here in Chicago) on Facecrook and my mouth started watering. A friend was in town who's also vegan so we drove there in the next couple of days. I didn't want to get burned and risk paying a lot for a bad plate of food so I got the varolds' jr. Got the food, went back to the car, and we started eating it on the drive home. After the second bite we both looked at one another and simultaneously said 'lets' go back'. So we drove back and order the big order of varold's and a chikun caesar salad. Pure heaven. As a plus, the owner is very kind and seems to put a lot of care into her food. 10/10

Hard to give a 5 with so many great options out there. Chikn was good, great hangover food. Fries were not great. Was very slow and did not seem busy, give yourself plenty of time.

Successfully veganized fried chicken - Edit
Have had the varolds special and chicken and waffles and both are delicious! Spices, breading, sauce, everything about the fried chikn is on point.
