Good overall - Edit

this was the only place I could find in Poland that was actually vegan as I couldn't venture out too far due to being unfamiliar with the area. It's in a good location to spot, especially if you arrive in Sopot by train as it is right by the exit. There were not so many Vegan option however and very few gluten-free ones, so it was quite limiting. I'm lucky in the sense that I speak Polish so I could ask the staff about individual dishes and get a recommendation from them. In addition as I was not staying in the area they also put some dishes together for me to take back to my hotel because there was nothing where I was. Overall, the staff were nice and service was fast. Also the food was really affordable and it was nice to see Polish dishes adapted to be vegan/veggie.
Though I think for anyone who does not speak Polish the ordering process and the lack of an English menu would have been quite disheartening.

Pros: Great Location , Good Prices, vegan items labled on the board.

Cons: No English Menu , Few Vegan Dishes, Almost no Vegan, Gluten Free Options

Grumpy staff, few vegan options - Edit

This was the only place in Sopot we could find that advertised itself as a vegan/vegetarian place. That was a little misleading, as around two-thirds of the menu was not suitable for vegans, and there were no vegan alternatives offered (eg vegan cheese to replace feta in the salad). Weird system where you order and pay at the counter, then are given a buzzy thing with a number that's supposed to buzz when your food is ready. Ours didn't work. So I had to go in and help myself to our food which was cooling on the counter. I took the wrong juice by mistake (orange instead of the pineapple juice I ordered) and a member of staff actually came out, told me off loudly and tried to take back my finished-juice! Unbelievable. Food itself was OK (I had vegetable curry with coconut milk and buckwheat, my partner had Mexican stew with rice). But the service! Wouldn't go again.

Pros: Cheap, Fresh salad with mains, On main strip near beach

Cons: Stressed, unfriendly staff, Confusing system of picking up food, Not enough vegan options

A True Vegetarian Gem in Sopot - Edit

This is an outstanding restaurant for those who appreciate quality food at a reasonable price. The vegetables in curry sauce was delicious. I also enjoyed the three veggie salads I ordered. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to going back when I visit again.

Pros: Quality of food, Reasonable prices

Meh - Edit

The food was okay, not that many vegan options. No english menu, and a bit confusing about the food. Most of the food is premade so you order and wait. Then the staff shout the dish in polish and put it on a table with all the other orders. So you pick it up yourself, the feeling is a bit like a canteen and the staff seems very busy. I had the mexican gullash and vegan curry the day after.

Pros: Cheap food, Easy to find, Healthy not oily fast food

Cons: Confusing concept, A bit bland taste, Not many vegan options

good for Sopot but not that many vegan options - Edit

This place is a good option for vegans in Sopot. But, considering it is all vege/vegan then they could do more - about 80% or more is vege only and not vegan. There are a couple of vegan main courses and deserts and they have soy milk. I had tofu masala which was ok and seemed nice and healthy too. Plus, it was cheap as on a daily special list!

no suitable for Vegans - Edit

Lovely place, but very limited for vegans, actually they only had one option on the menu which is well below my standards, this is just a hit for vegetarians

Tasty & Cheap! - Edit

I was so excited to see Greenway when I went to Sopot! It was my first day in Poland so to find a place with clearly marked vegan options was great. We went for what I thought could be the boring option (veggie burgers), but it really wasn't! The burgers were delicious and had some elements to them that I'd not tried before (a yummy garlic sauce and some nice pickles). As well as being tasty, it was nice because I felt like I hadn't had that sort of veggie burger in the UK. It's not fine dining, but it's a really good example of how to do cheap, tasty and fast food well.

Pros: Tasty, Clearly-labelled vegan options, Outdoor and indoor seating

Tasty Vegan Food in Sopot - Edit

Visited yesterday (20/05/14). Was originally going to Bioway but this is not there at the moment. Hope was not lost though as this is a great branch of Greenway on the main street in Sopot. Lots of clearly labelled vegan choices, separate English menu and helpful, friendly, English speaking staff. The food is fresh and tasty and there are plenty of healthy drinks to choose from. If you are from Western Europe then this chain (and Bioway too for that matter) will seem really cheap. This branch is clean and bright and nice to see that it's very popular. Fully recommend!!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Tasty, healthy food, Very cheap

Traditional Polish food made vegan - Edit

Part of a chain but still with that cosy feeling.

Here you can try some vegan options you might not find outside of Poland, such as dumplings and beetroot soup. Portions are generous and the food is great quality, and all freshly made (so things sell-out towards the end of the day).

Ask for the English menu at the counter if you don't speak Polish, to check what is vegan. Also it's cash only.

Pros: quality, portion size, vegan friendly

Cons: cash only

Great Option in Sopot - Edit

This is my lunchtime saviour in Sopot; I ate there every day and absolutely loved it. Good, fresh, soups of the day. Nice selection of pressed juices and smoothies. Hearty meals served in large portions with raw salads and cooked, gluten-free grains (buckwheat, rice) on the side, unless the dish already contains starches. Polish cuisine with international touches. Great!

Pros: Centrally Located, Good Food, Inexpensive
