Perfect for on-the-go lunch - Edit
This cute trailer offers tasty finger-food (can be served on a plate as well) including some vegan takes on local specialties (Pissaladière). With no seating area, it's aimed at people looking for a vegan to-go option in the area.

Great Vegan Option - Edit
We found this place when on our way to visit the market. In France it's quite difficult to find a vegan place that is not a Lebanese restaurant and here is this little gem that appeared on our way exactly when we were looking for a a delicious breakfast option. To be honest I felt like 'no it can't be...' and yet it was. Aside from delicious food, it's possible to purchase organic healthy sodas - alternatives to coca-cola, fanta etc.
Although the truck doesn't offer any seating space there was a lovely park nearby. May not be the best option in winter unless you have want to eat on the go and bring the food back to your place or hotel.
Pros: Delicious Food, Gluten Free, Homemade
Cons: No Seating Area
