Amazing food - Edit
Green veggie is such a great Chinese restaurant. All favourite Chinese meals veggie style. Staff speak good English and are very open to making the meals with no egg or dairy. Recommend the barbecue pork!

great food, great view, friendly service - Edit
We ate out on the terrace to avoid the Hong Kong typical low indoor temperature and were rewarded with a view of the ICC tower during dinner. The food was great, and the servers very friendly. A must have are the stir-fried mushrooms in vinegar, great texture and taste, although we've yet to find something we did not enjoy. Prices are pretty much standard for Hong Kong.
Read moreEntrance is a bit hidden since there's no sign for the restaurant at street level, you must take the elevator outside and to the left of the main entry to 3rd floor where you will step directly into the restaurant :).

Best food we ate in HK - Edit
The food here was wonderful, so tasty, fresh and the service was great too. It cost us roughly £30/300HKD for 4 dishes and tea. We ate the chilli mushrooms (amazing), fried rice, porkless buns & fried vegetables. All great. The waitress fully understood what it means to be vegan and informed us that egg could be removed from anything if required. My only criticism is that the restaurant itself is very bright/no music.

Good Food - Edit
I ate here twice and found the food very interesting. Might not be of my full taste but all the options they offer in the menu look amazing and the presentation of the good is great. The service is also good. I'd recommend it if you're looking for more exquisite dishes.

Nice Chinese Food - Edit
Located at Sheung Wan, I am surprised that this place offers chinese veg food at such a cheap price. It costed us only about USD14 per person. The Char Siu Bun is everyone's favorite. The deep fried veg eel in pot also taste so good. The Tom Yam Soup is not really like Tom Yam but a tomato soup. Still it's not bad. The food here is delicious. Just the place is a bit crowded...... Better to make a reservation first. It was so full on Monday evening.

a little indifferent - Edit
We were allowed to eat though told we should be gone by 7.30 as they were booked up. Yes it has a sign saying members only so it's exclusive. One out of two waitresses was friendly and explained the menu. It's mainly mock seafood, which I don't like. We had mock sweet and sour pork and a tasty braised mushroom dish. Free purple sago dessert. Food was not bad. Service a bit indifferent. Rice took ages to come after the mains. I guess we didn't get priority treatment.

Delicate flavors - Edit
I was there for dinner on December 05. The place is located on the second floor above Starbucks, with the entrance on the side street. Set menu (with English translation) with choice of appetizer, soup, main and one dessert. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere with friendly, superb service.
Read moreI ordered the veggie pork and it was delicious, very delicate flavors. My appetizer was good as well. Didn't care much for the soup. If you are into mild, delicate flavors this is your place.

A1*** On My List! - Edit
Friends- do not hesitate to take the time to enjoy a meal at Green Veggie...Being vego we have visited many vegetarian cafes & restaurants {internationally, aside from being many places to try in HK}.
Read moreThe menu is in Chinese & we went with the set menu.
What was apparent to us is that the owners & staff actually mind what they are doing, so deliver the whole experience with care & gentleness in a way that was refreshing & sweet!
The atmosphere was homely & warm - the setting impeccably clean, and I adored that crockery & cutlery topped off the overall vibe with a touch of beauty and aesthetic not often enough found in the 'vegetarian setting'.
In addition these folks make a contribution to the local elderly community by delivering some 500 lunch boxes regularly, so your meal money is well invested...
Thanx guys, and your waitstaff and general ethos are doing you proud-much appreciation for the experience.
Pros: kool ethos of care in community, exceptional staff, impeccably clean & cared for setting
Cons: none, none, none
