fast whole food - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised to find this place! The BBQ tofu bowl was filled with veggies and whole grains, and my son loved the vegan burger. They also have vegan breakfast and desert options. I wish they'd open a new location closer to the coast!

Delicious homecooked food! - Edit
I don't have a problem eating vegan here-whether it be thai, mexican, mediterranean style, or whatever! They are friendly and helpful when you tell them your dietary requests too. I love the quinoa chili (without the chipotle cream and cheese), my fave sauce is the agave lime vinagrette, and the vegan chocolate PB cups in the baked good case are bomb! Don't be afraid to create your own bowl, melt, or wrap if you are in the mood for something special. They have Stumptown Coconut Cold brew coffee on hand which is sure to give you a caffeine high. Have never had a bad meal here and I always am happy and full after.
Pros: Lots of vegan options. Eco-friendly to go boxes an
Cons: They use an egg wash on their fried green tomatoes

Butternut Squash Tacos!! - Edit
Most Veg/Veg may overlook this spot in Orange. It's a perfect lunch spot and even more perfect if you need to bring along non-veg peeps. Something for everyone. Bottom line... it's not a corporate chain, very friendly active owner and excellent food. They always have (real) vegan/vegetarian items on the menu. My current favorite is their butternut squash tacos. It's part of their seasonal menu. They also have great vegan desserts. I always take home their (vegan) wedding cake cookies. Also a perfect location right off the 55 and Katella/Tustin Ave. Plenty of parking.
Pros: Knowledgable friendly staff & owner, good parking, perfect location off the freeway

very good for a quick fresh bite - Edit
Nice, clean shop for a quick bite. My bbq tofu bowl was delicious although the sauce was a tad much for my preference. It had crispy tofu cubes, avocado, jicama, and greens over a bed of brown rice. Each section (bowl, salad, wraps) had a veggie option but since you can customize to make your own, that adds variety. I opted for the vegan bowl that was already on the menu.
The only section that didn't have a vegan option was the stews but there was a seasonal special of a squash and pumpkin soup which I ordered. I thought was okay, not the best.
There were vegan items in the dessert display, labeled as gluten free and dairy free. Upon closer look, I found that all but two of their selections were vegan! Not a big selection but glad they are there. I got the peanut butter jelly parfait (vegan, ingredients listed on label) and found it quite tasty. Overall a pleasant lunch.
Pros: clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options, quick and simple, tasty, customizable
