Veggie Oasis in a rural MN town

If you've ever been to a small rural midwestern town, you KNOW its near impossible to find a single vegetable anywhere. Or fruit. Or anything remotely edible. We were lucky to discover this gem in a tiny town in northern Minnesota. There were several delicious plant-packed items on the menu. Yes, they serve meat and dairy - but you will have more choices here than anywhere else in town.
Unfortunately they were only open for daytime.

Pros: Menu options, Open air but indoor setting, Prompt service
