Plenty of options to choose from but at least the schnitzel and sandwiches are great picks! The location is in a nice and quiet street and the decor is green in a really nice way! The whole place has this really comfy homemade vibe and the staff was super friendly!

Incredible authentic Austrian food - Edit
We were walking around Salzberg and stumbled upon some Vegan activists so I asked them for a good place to get traditional vegan food and they recommended green queen. We walked 30 ish minutes along the waterfront to the restaurant from the city center and were greeted from the nicest woman ever who owns the shop. We got the schnitzel and the doner- both were SO good. She gave us the traditional jelly to go with the schnitzel, and oh my god the potatoes !! The doner sandwhich sent me into another world, honestly the best sandwhich I’ve had as a vegan. If you’re visiting Salzberg you MUST stop by! Also very fairly priced and huge portions, I couldn’t have finished even if I tried 😂

Not one for tourists - Edit
Feels more like a share house kitchen than a restaurant. Most dishes unavailable when we visited at 7pm. Food a bit disappointing (badly fried schnitzel, small portion of potatoes). On the plus side it is cheap. Probably not worth walking all the way out from the old city if you are in Salzburg as a tourist.

Es war wirklich sehr lecker und eine tolle große Auswahl. In Salzburg ist die kulinarische Auswahl sehr bescheiden, daher ist das Angebot noch besser! Die meisten Restaurants bieten noch keine Veganen Optionen an, man sucht lange um etwas zu Essen zu finden.

My wife and I stopped in for a to go meal. We had two pastries and doner wraps. The pastries were good, especially the soy yogurt filled one. The meat in the wraps was delicious! Would recommend giving a try

We have been there for a vegan Schnitzel and vegan Leberkäse. Very tasty! The lady that owns the place welcomed us super nicely and warmly and we had a good talk. Would recommend :)
