First time trying Vietnamese food!

I had the Rice Noodles with Crispy Tofu and I loved the sauce! I took out the cilantro because of personal preference, but liked it a lot overall. I wish there had been a vegan pho, as I have never tried it before, but this was very good!

Pros: Vegetarian options marked, Waiter knowledgeable about veganizing dishes
