No effort made for vegan ceviche - Edit
Tried to get a burger or a pizza, and they didn’t have the vegan options for cheese or bread.
Read moreCeviche was raw mushrooms basically, so no effort was made to make it like the classic dish, so why bother.

Veggies seem like from can, not well cooked.
Mango cheezecake was tasty!
I would be back just in case I don't have any other place to go.

I enjoyed a dinner with a friend. We had tacu tacu and a lomo saltado with a seitan that I had never before, very tasty! All organic!

Only one vegan option - Edit
The place is nice, it's organic. We saw the menu outside and understood they had many vegan options, but when we sat in the restaurant we found out there was only one. It was a vegan version of lomo saltado, It was good, but we had no other choice. For vegetarians they have more options. The service was amazing, the waiter even spoke Portuguese with us (we are Brazilian) and the pisco sour was vegan too.

The staff is friendly and the Quinotto Green House is good. The food is listed as vegetarian, but can be made vegan. The upstairs dining area is very hipster and calming.

The mushroom ceviche was average. I had tasted probably the best vegan ceviche in Cusco couple of days earlier so I was highly disappointed here. Good service and bit pricey.

Has several vegetarian and vegan options. I had the soltado vegano and it was delicious. Also the mango cake was muy rico.

The atmosphere is quite nice and the food okay. We'd ordered the peruvian saltado which was yummy and a good value for money but the Ceviche which almost cost the same was a joke. The basically cut 6 raw mushrooms in half and added one thin slice of sweet potato, so I definitely do not recommend their vegan Ceviche.

Delicious local vegan options - Edit
Everything was great! They had many marked vegan options. They use organic produce from their farm. Many dishes were Peruvian. Service and atmosphere were great.

Not easy to find vegan food in this town. Green house has many vegan options on their menu and the staff is very willing to help with any changes to the meals.

The food tasted good but there were not that many vegan options available. For the burger, the restaurant did not have any vegan bread available, also there was no vegan cheese for the lasagna. Other than that, the interior of the restaurant is really cute and the food we tried was good. Prices here a quite high, but Aguas Calientes is a just a town for tourists so they a reasonable in comparison to other places in the area.

Organic and has good vegan options! My non vegan bf loved their pizza and I was just as happy with their sandwiches and vegan Peruvian cuisine! Also nice to know they grow all their own veggies in near by garden!

Great find for lunch in Aguas Calientes after touring Machu Picchu all morning! Thanks Happy Cow! Had the quinoa soup to start (it’s huge and full of veggies, so good to share) and Vegan Saltado (mushrooms, veggies, over brown rice in a light sauce). All amazing. Bonus points because water was in glass.
