Had a delicious cupcake. Staff is very friendly. Keep in mind: the kitchen is closed between 14:00 and 17:30, so only cakes and coffee during that time :)

Wir machen Urlaub in Österreich und Italien, der Stopp in Innsbruck führt uns dann HC ins Green Flamingo. Das Essen war so grandios, das wir gleich zwei Abende in folge da waren. Die Auswahl ist absolut genial zusammengestellt. Must try ‚Brownie Tower‘. Freundliches Personal und super schnelles und vor allem frisches Essen!

The Green Flamingo is one of the best rated vegan restaurants in Innsbruck! I was, therefore, really looking forward to dinner there. The vibe of the place is great, very hip and modern. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing.

The Flamingo Burger was also nice to look at, but its flavors were completely masked by the very sweet caramelized onions, a very one-dimensional taste. Most disappointing was the pizza, which featured a fairly thick crust that was not crispy, as well as a large amount of goopy plant-based cheese that just wasn't tasty and completely dominated the dish. Sad times. The fries that came with the burger were nice and looked hand-cut. If you go here, order the burgers and I hope you catch the Green Flamingo at a good time.

They have great Taste Food, but less self made from fresh vegetables. Patties for Bürger are industrial, Saucen, Cheese, etc. But fries are from fresh potatos and all was tastino great. It is definitely worth to try

Excellent Vegan spot in Innsbruck - Edit
This is the best vegan food in the area. They opened recently and are running a great all vegan restaurant that is trendy and makes excellent food. They have a customizable pizza menu, seasonal menu, and a lot of American vibes.

Finally a place vegans can be proud of in Innsbruck - Edit
I come down to Innsbruck often, and was so thrilled to finally find an all vegan place newly opened in August 2019. A passion project from the owner and his girlfriend, the Green Flamingo have really done vegan food justice. Everything was amazing, and the owner was such a nice guy. It’s a perfect place for dinner, and we can’t wait to come back in summer to sit on the terrace!

Ok like the Predecessor „Villa Mundus“ the Place is cozy and feels a bit like Home.

To make it clear: as far as i know there is no business related connection to Villa Mundus, this was the Name of the Vegetarian Restaurant that has been here before, and that i really loved and missed so much when they closed down.
To be honest i am still missing Ms. Gilda and the exotic flavour of Cardamom, all the spicy oriental Herbs and her Self brewed Ginger Lemonade, but Green Flamingo is something new and has other very tasty Dishes, a bit more European / American Style but it is definitely a Place to see. And the best thing is: the Menu is now completely vegan and they have vegan Dessert every day.
Pros: All vegan, Cool People, Tasty
Cons: Not a place to go every day for Budget reasons , No home brewed Ginger Lemonade

On austrias national day I obviously wasn't going to eat a Schnitzel but I really craved cake. The restaurant is the fresh new kid in town so I decided to try it out. The cake was moist and not to sweet and tasted heavenly.

This hip and funky restaurant seemed to be the weekend dinner scene. Make a reservation! Turns out most people eating here are omnivores. That is how great the food and staff are at the Green Flamingo. I ordered fresh summer rolls, the flamingo burger, and apple strudel. Very impressed by all of it. If you are in Innsbruck, definitely eat a meal at the Green Flamingo.

This is the only fully vegan restaurant in Innsbruck (at the moment - let's hope there'll be more in the future!). The place is all you can hope for - fantastic food, very nice and helpful staff, great vibe, not too expensive. Highly recommended!
