Aunqu

The place is very beautiful, very Los Angeles vibe, but is more to have a juice or coffee.
They have just a few Vegan/vegetarians options in the menu
Pros: nice place
Cons: overpricing

Fresh, good, sustainable food at reasonable price - Edit
I ended up at this place because I was looking for a place to eat vegetarian food, which is not always easy in a country where the meat industry is one of the main economic contributors.
In a small mall I found Green Eat in the food court (which was a bit gloomy) and was immediately taken by the clean and clear presentation of the products, and by what was on the menu for vegetarians.
Eventually I opted for a spinach quiche, which looked awful in the cardboard box, but it really tasted yummy! With a nice smoothy and a healthy dessert, I had a great meal.
This place has a couple of sister places scattered around the city, some of which even have outdoors seating.
Pros: Yummy, fresh vegetarian options, Clean and clear food presentation, Eat in and take-away
Cons: This branch is in darkish food court
