I thought this restaurant would have more vegan options. The only salad that was indicated vegan was the Root Awakening salad. I also ordered the roasted vegetable soup as the staff stated that was also vegan, but nothing else on the menu. Later I jumped on their webiste and noticed other options: sides like fruit salad and wild rice; and, add ons: baked tofu, seeds, other veggies and a variety of toppings I could have added to my salad order. The interior was nice and ample parking.
