This is a very nice relaxed place in a beautiful environment. I enjoyed a vegan chocolate pancake with banana here, which was really good.

on the menu it's clearly marked which dishes they can make vegan, but you always have to make clear that you want it vegan. panang curry was the best thing I tried there. panang curry plus sticky rice will cost 71k lak. besides the menu, they also have a "special dish" every night. the place is really cool, perfect for eating and laying down a bit. you will specially like this place if you are a climber.

Great place to stop for lunch on the Thakhek loop - Edit
Stopped in for lunch on day 1 of the Thakhek loop. Surprised to see a lot of westerners. The guy at the bar was Israeli, doing workaway. Rating is for the food, music, vibe, and location. I didn't go climbing.

I had a veg & tofu baguette, and a mango & lemon shake. Very happy to find a veg'n meal without hassles.
Pros: Veg'n options, English speaking staff
Cons: No wifi & and 4G signal is patchy
