Buffet spread, choose what you like and pay by weight. Also has assorted beverages and desserts. Ingredients used including quail eggs (vegans beware) , tofu, tempeh, seitan, okara, bulgur, couscous, tahini, and tofuneza (vegan mayonnaise). Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-5:00pm.

It is basically the only option vegans in Olomouc have ;)
The vegan (and gluten-free) meals are tagged (usually only two dishes are vegan plus sometimes the soup and some of the salads ;))
However, the food tastes very good and the prices are moderate (if you know what's heavy :D)
Pros: self service, friendly
Cons: the coffee is disgusting, sorry :D, only few vegan options

Great food, but pricing is per each 100 grams, which can make the meal expensive. Nice atmosphere, but often crowded. Amazing food and great tasting deserts, drinks, specialities. Lots of creative ideas and there is a possibility to taste it all, as it is a 'make your own plate' style.
