Great Place For Juice - Edit
I always come here to get my juice fix while in Tijuana. I love the Berry Pie, which is an assortment of berries, soy milk and spices. Be sure to make sure to ask them not to put honey in the drinks.They have a few vegan sandwiches also.The decor is modern and very clean.
Pros: many vegan options, English spoken , very helpful with vegans

Great Food, Great Ambiance - Edit
A good friend introduced me to Green Bar. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and good vegan food. I had a triple berry smoothie and portabello mushroom sandwich. The food is made fresh and it took some time yet it was worth the wait. My friend and I sipped our smoothies while we waited. There's free WiFi. Parking is limited; you may have to park on the street and walk over. The location is in a neat area, lots to do and see and close to downtown.
