Curry chickpea wrap was so, so good!! Also had the rise and shine drink, which was equally delicious. Town was cute, atmosphere was nice.

Almost vegan! - Edit
While I applaud G&T for opening a healthy food place in a town that still doesn’t quite know what vegan means, I wish they were fully vegan. They claim they are not vegan but are plant based. News flash... eggs and cheese are not plant based. With the exception of those items, pretty much everything is vegan so they’re really close. And they have tonssssssss of really fantastic vegan options that are delicious and nutritious. Also they offer a good rewards program, which is nice! Go the extra mile G&T! Go vegan! It’s so hard to find vegan places in Connecticut so I do give them kudos for trying. Again, the food that is vegan is really yummy. Especially recommended their pre-made meals; really great easy plates you can take home and warm up for a quick meal.

I work 10 minutes away and finally checked this place out today because a non vegan coworker was raving about it. There are so many items to choose from and all kinds of items. So much variety! The staff was very nice and helpful and my mylky way drink spicy avocado collard wrap were amazing! Bring your student id in for $2 off!
